Mary Cathryn “Bobbie” Craig

Mary Cathryn “Bobbie” Craig, 98, of Parkersburg, passed away on July 17, 2025. She was born July 10, 1927, in Smithville, WV. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Opal Barker.

She is survived by her children Judy Barker (Carland), Alice Snider (Bob Allen), and Brad Craig (Cheryl); grandchildren Tana Glenn (Tripp), Mike Barker (Angela), Courtney Drake (Jacob), and Amber Nesselrotte (Tyler); great-grandchildren Brandon Glenn (Nicole), Hunter Glenn (Megan), Miranda Barker, Elsie and Grady Drake, Killian Kress, and Kailyn Nesselrotte; and great-great-grandchild Bentley Glenn.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She had a special place in her heart for family. She loved God deeply. She loved talking to people and never met a stranger. She was a member of South Parkersburg Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star.

The family is truly grateful for the expert care, kindness, and love she received.

Services for Bobbie will be held Monday, July 21, at 12 p.m., at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg, officiated by Linda Damewood. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Burial will follow the service at Sunset Memory Gardens
