Cleston R. “Bob” Brown Jr.

Cleston R. “Bob” Brown Jr., 82, of Belpre, went to be home with his Lord on November 4, 2024. He was born on March 11, 1942, in Industrial, WV, a son of the late Cleston R. Brown, Sr. and Freda Williamson Brown.

Bob was a US Air Force veteran and later worked as an Electronic Technician for the U.S. Government. He attended Mineral Wells Baptist Church and was a member of the Elks Lodge and Eagles. He also enjoyed building model boats.

He is survived by two sons, Cleston Robert (Lasonya) Brooks, Eric Stephen Brooks; one brother, George L. Brown; two nephews, Michael and Scott Brown and his former caregiver, Jodie Miller.

Funeral services will be Friday 3:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.

Burial of Bob’s cremated remains will be held at a later date at West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, WV.

Visitation will be held Friday 2-3 pm at the funeral home.
