James Leroy Backus, 93, of Parkersburg, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2024, at WVU Medicine-Camden Clark. Services, 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Dr. Kurt Busiek officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery North. Visitation will be Saturday 12 – 2 p.m.
