Gene Edward Cooper, 82, of Mineral Wells passed away Aug. 17, 2024, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday with visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, south Parkersburg.
