Vickie A. Clem, 54, of Washington, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020, at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkesburg, WV.

She was born February 26, 1966, in Wheeling, WV, the daughter of John David Palimetakis and Eleanor Ann Orrison Palimetakis.

Vickie graduated from Wheeling Park High School in 1984 and West Liberty State College in 1988. Vickie enjoyed playing tennis and supporting her Wheeling Park Patriots sports teams. She taught business in Upper Arlington High School from 1988-1990, worked for 16 years as the State Office Manager at REM Community Options and most recently led the payroll department at Pickering Associates.

Vickie dedicated herself to taking care of her family. She loved cooking, shopping and providing for her daughter Emma and husband Kevin. Vickie enjoyed decorating the house and making it comfortable to all who visited. She worshiped every Sunday with her church family, loyally watched her Pittsburgh Pirates, and fanatically supported her Steelers. She enjoyed relaxing with her family in the pool, popcorn infused Friday night movies with her family on the couch, and planning Disney family vacations. Vickie was an avid fan of QVC, never forgot a birthday, anniversary or special date. Vickie had an uninhibited, infectious laugh that she shared openly and generously with all.

She is survived and greatly missed by daughter Emma, her husband Kevin, her brother Danny (Luana) and her parents John and Eleanor and countless friends. She is preceded in death by her brother Greg.

The family would like to thank Dr. Nik Shah and his amazing staff for the caring and compassion provided during treatment.

Funeral services for Vickie will be at 11a.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Minister Joe Spivy officiating.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 23 and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
