Jeffrey J. Brown, of Parkersburg, passed away November 4, 2019 at his residence. A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Monday, November 11, 2019 at Beechwood Presbyterian Church at 703 30th St. Parkersburg where a reception will follow. The family will receive friends and family from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday at the church. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory, Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
