* Todd J. Twyman of Vienna was arrested on a charge of second-offense driving under the influence.

Dec. 7

* William J. Romano of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of breaking and entering and false pretenses.

Dec. 12

* Robert A. Gibson of Parkersburg was arrested on a DUI charge.

Dec. 14

* Kiara M. Felder of Vienna was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

* Kelsey F. Sampson of Vienna was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
