BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Oct. 7:

Sept. 25

* Khara N. Hicks, 43, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* Corey P. Adams, 51, of Marietta, was cited for speed 69 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Sept. 26

* Larry R. Holman, 41, of Belpre, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 27

* Lakisha M. Bigler, 20, of Marietta, was arrested on the charge of theft.

Sept. 29

* Daniel A. Breedy, 29, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was cited for soliciting without a permit.

Sept. 30

* Kevin Enoch, 55, of Belpre, was served a summons out of Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charge of having inoperable vehicles.

* Ralphie P. Lucas, 21, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.

Oct. 2

* Nicholas B. Lambert, 20, of Belpre, was cited for speed 40 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Oct. 3

* Victor D. Briscoe, 46, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of domestic violence.

Oct. 4

* Kelly R. Henthorn, 62, of Marietta, was served a summons out of Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charge of discharge of firearms prohibited in the city limits.

* Dylan E. Shaffer, 23, of Vincent, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.

Oct. 6

* Konner J. Wigal, 24, of Vienna, was cited for expired registration.

* Michael T. Koren, 49, of Long Bottom, was cited for expired registration.

* Johnathan S. Mortimer, 27, of Parkersburg, was cited for a seat belt violation.

* William G. Ivey , 70, of Belpre, was cited for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
