May 11

* Randall H. Powell, 80, Belpre, was cited for speeding 42 mph in a 25 mph zone.

* Shawn S. McClead, 29, Belpre, was arrested on a warrant and transported to the Washington County Jail.

May 12

* Brenda L. Quimby, 65, Belpre, was cited for a stop sign violation.

* Joseph E. Reed, 79, Belpre, was cited for speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone.

* Ashley M. Jones, 22, Parkersburg, was cited for assured clear distance ahead. She also was arrested on a warrant and transported to the Washington County Jail.
