PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on Jan. 19:

Jan. 18

* Dustin Brooks, 35, of Belpre, was arrested for shoplifting, possession without valid prescription and on two bench warrants for shoplifting.

* Officers responded to 11th Street for a structure fire.

* Officers spoke with the victim of a destruction of property on Gihon Road.

* Officers responded to Seventh Street for a welfare check.

* Officers responded to Fifth Street for a fraud.

* Officers responded to one motor vehicle accident.
