BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Jan. 21:

Jan. 17

* Brady J. Oberdier, 20, of Vincent, was cited for expired registration.

* Benjamin L. Koon, 32, of Belpre, was cited for driving under an OVI suspension.

Jan. 18

* Darla J. Coe, 43, of Belleville, was cited for expired registration.

* Beaulah C. Hill, 43, of Chillicothe, was arrested on a theft warrant out of Belpre Mayor’s Court.

* Kathryn D. Hornbeck, 20, of Belpre, was arrested on two warrants out of Washington County Sheriff Office and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Jan. 20

* Tracey Wilson, 58, of Belpre, was cited for fail to obey traffic control device.

* Philip M. Howard, 30, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* Gabriel J. Vega, 19, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.

* Savanna K. Henry, 28, of Youngstown, Ohio, was cited for driving under suspension, tail light violation, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
