PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on Nov. 3:

* Between Oct. 29 and Oct. 31, the department responded to 311 calls for service.

* Leroy Seabolt, 62, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 29 for possession of a controlled substance.

* Danny Minigh, 71, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 29 on a bench warrant.

* Maya Cline, 29, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 29 on a bench warrant.

* Christopher Lee Smith, 39, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 29 for fugitive from justice from North Carolina.

* David Thomas, 24, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Oct. 29 for third-offense driving under suspension.

* Cory Friend, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 30 for trespassing.

* Sergio Chavez, 43, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 30 for domestic battery.

* Desirae Dawson, 41, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 30 on a bench warrant.

* Michael Runyon, 32, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 301 on a bench warrant and possession of a controlled substance.

* Joshua McCune, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 30 on a capias.

* Enoch Lopez, 29, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 30 for domestic battery.

* Brandon McCartney, 26, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 30 on a bench warrant.

* Teah Somervill, 24, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 31 for DUI.

* James Croston, 44, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 31 on a capias.

* Justin Hines, 24, of Parkersburg, was arrested Oct. 31 for fugitive from justice from Ohio.

* Tonya Arnott, 41, of Belpre, was arrested Oct. 31 for fugitive from justice.

Oct. 29

* Officers responded to 16th Street in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Officers spoke with complainant in reference to a theft.

* Officers responded to 19th Street in reference to a destruction of property that already occurred.

* Officers responded to 16th Street in reference to a larceny that already occurred.

* Officers responded to a traffic stop and cited Leroy Seabolt for third-offense driving suspended, improper registration, no insurance, and no seatbelt.

* Officers responded to Walmart and cited Travis Green for shoplifting and trespassing.

Oct. 30

* Officers responded to First Avenue in reference to a larceny that already occurred.

* Officers responded to a traffic stop and cited Julie Spence for first- offense driving suspended.

* Officers responded to Lynn Street and cited Daniel Debellis for parking in handicap zone.

Oct. 31

* Officers responded to a traffic stop and cited Christine Myers for driving suspended and no insurance.

* Officers responded to Lulu Street in reference to a burglary that already occurred.

* Between Oct. 29-31, officers responded five motor vehicle crashes.
