PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on April 2:

April 1

* Lanore H. Rapp, 47, of Parkersburg, was arrested for possession.

* Carl H. Dearston, 57, of Parkersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

* Michael A. Laurnoff, 57, of Parkersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct and failure to process.

* Officers responded to Neal Street for an abandoned vehicle.

* Officers responded to Kemper Street for a fraudulent use of an access device.

* During a routine traffic stop, officers cited Seth Elam, 40, of Vienna, for possession, driving on suspended and improper registration.

* Officers responded to one vehicle accident.
