VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports March 23:

March 16

* Paige E. Moran, of Vienna, was arrested on charges of failure to return rental property and shoplifting.

* Benjamin M. Williams, of Buckhannon, was arrested on a charge of forging or uttering.

March 17

* Taylor B. Stansberry, of Parkersburg, was arrested on warrants for second- and third-offense shoplifting and trespassing.

March 18

* Dakota J. Moore, of Williamstown, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and fugitive from justice.

March 19

* Wavel C. Whipkey III, of Vienna, was arrested on an assault charge.

* John M. Wells, of Vienna, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.

March 21

* Codey O. Small, of Cross Lanes, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

March 22

* Samatha J. Leep, of Parkersburg, was arrested on warrants for shoplifting and trespassing.
