* John Gibson, 40, of Parkersburg was arrested on Jan. 8 on a capias.

* Herbert Bess, 48 of Parkersburg was arrested on Jan. 9 for falsely reporting an emergency incident.

* Mark Miracle, 43 of Clarksburg was arrested on Jan. 9 on a warrant.

* Falecia Paulk, 22 of Parkersburg was arrested on Jan. 10 on a capias.

* Chad Burk, 42 of Parkersburg was arrested on Jan. 10 on a warrant.

* James Hendershot, 35 of Parkersburg was arrested on Jan. 10 on a capias.

* Alexis Allberry, 27 of Vienna was arrested on Jan. 10 on a warrant.

* On Jan. 8, officers responded to Walmart and cited Jeffrey Dunwoody for shoplifting.

* On Jan. 9, officers responded to Walmart in reference to shoplifting.

* On Jan. 9, officers responded to CVS on Seventh Street for a shoplifting.

* On Jan. 9, officers responded to Walmart and cited Darren Petty for shoplifting.

* On Jan. 9, officers responded to Walmart and cited Angelina Devericks for shoplifting.

* On Jan. 9, officers responded to Walmart and cited Casey Sully for shoplifting.

* On Jan. 10, officers responded to Gihon Road for a destruction of property.

* On Jan. 8-10, officers responded to three motor vehicle accident.
