* Alley Harper, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Dec. 30 on a Capias.

* Officers responded to Rural King to shoplifting.

* Officers responded to two motor vehicle accidents.

* On Jan. 5, officers responded to Quincy Street in reference to a found item.
