WILLIAMSTOWN — The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports Dec. 18:

Dec. 11

* Austin Smith, 24, Washington, W.Va., was cited for speed, 41 mph in a 25 mph zone, on Highland Avenue.

* Lindsey Barker, 18, Lowel, was cited for speed, 40 mph in a 25 mph zone, on Highland Avenue.

Dec. 13

* Raymond Joseph Davilla, 24, Marietta, was arrested on W.Va. 14 on a warrant charging him with battery in a case investigated by the Parkersburg Police Department. Davilla was placed in the West Virginia Division of Corrections pending his arraignment at Wood County Magistrate Court.

Dec. 14

* Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 900 block of Naish Avenue. An alleged physical altercation occurred between a male and female, neither of which lived at the residence. Neither party wished to press charges, DV assistance information was provided and parties were separated.
