PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on March 27:

* Chantae Renay Elkins, 28, of Belpre was arrested on March 26 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance and expired registration.

* Wendy Michelle Mundy, 42, of Parkersburg was arrested on March 26 on a charge of first-offense domestic battery.

* Jerry Mundy, 44, of Parkersburg was arrested on March 26 on a charge of first-offense domestic battery.

* Ashley Dawn Hardie, 22, of Parkersburg was arrested on March 26 on a capias warrant for failure to appear on a charge of false pretense.

* Nicholas Jordan Isner, 25, of Pennsboro was arrested on March 26 on a charge of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab.

* Robert Dale Goff, 23, of Parkersburg was arrested on March 26 on charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, fleeing and obstructing.

* Lindsey N. Satterfield, 20, of Pennsboro was arrested on March 26 on a charge of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab.

* Shawn Michael Bailey, 19, of Walker was cited on March 26 on a charge of driving on a suspended license for driving under the influence.

* Nina Victoria Sams, 25, of Parkersburg was cited on March 26 on a charge of shoplifting at Kmart.

* On March 26 officers responded to Harrison Avenue for a domestic battery.

* On March 26 officers responded to Kmart for a petit larceny.

* On March 26 David Hall of Parkersburg reported someone took his cell phone.

* On March 26 officers investigated three motor vehicle accidents.

PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on March 26.

* On March 25, Buddy R. Lanham, 62, homeless, was arrested on warrants on charges of trespassing and public intoxication.

* On March 25, Jason Eugene Barnes, 38, of Vienna was arrested on charges of obstructing, disorderly conduct and refusal to provide fingerprints.

* On March 25, Maria Dawn Worthington, 39, of Parkersburg was cited on a charge of obstructing.

* On March 25, Katy Maurine Paul, 31, of Vienna was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Kroger.

* On March 25, James Allen Blow, 33, of Parkersburg was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

* On March 25, Judy Richmond, Tina Bruner and Rebecca Young, all of Parkersburg, reported their residence was entered, ransacked and items were taken.

* On March 25, Jeremy Lessner of Parkersburg reported the window was broken out of his vehicle and numerous items were taken.

* On March 25, officers responded to Wal-Mart for a shoplifting.

* On March 25, officers responded to CVS for a shoplifting.

* On March 25, Whitney White said her brother-in-law’s residence had been broken into and items were taken.

PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on March 25.

* On March 24, Keith Allen Joy, 48, of Parkersburg, was arrested on charges of obstructing, failure to maintain control, driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

* On March 24, Paul Coss Jr., 25, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.

* On March 24, Zachary Blair Mackey, 20, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.

* On March 24, Teresa M. Simmons, 44, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.

* On March 24, Chad Stephen Jasper, 34, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of shoplifting at the Dollar General.

* On March 24, officers responded to Wal-Mart in regard to a shoplifting.

* On March 24, officers responded to Packard Street in regard to a domestic assault.

* On March 24, officers responded to Lulu Street in regard to a domestic battery.

* On March 24, officers investigated four motor vehicle accidents.

PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on March 13.

* On March 11, Richelle Denay Cyrus, 29, of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of first-offense domestic assault, first-offense domestic battery, obstructing and possession of a controlled substance.

* On March 11, Amber Marie MoneyPenny, 25, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and two warrants from Vienna Police Department.

* On March 11, Allen Andre Workman, 23, of Mineral Wells was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license, fleeing from an officer and cell phone usage. He was also arrested from Wood County on a warrant from family court and domestic battery and warrants from Jackson County for nighttime burglary, petit larceny, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony (two counts) and breaking and entering.

* On March 11, Chris C. Clatterbuck, 35, of Parkersburg was arrested on a warrant for first-offense domestic battery.

* On March 11, Ronald Daniel Gillen, 57, of Parkersburg was arrested on a warrant for obstructing.

* On March 11, Nicole Marie Spiker, 35, of Mineral Wells was arrested on warrants for charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing.

* On March 11, Jasmine Nicole Davis, 27 of Davisville was cited on a charge of shoplifting at the Dollar General.

* On March 11, Chris Rader of Parkersburg reported that coins had been removed from his parents’ residence.

* On March 11, officers responded to New York Avenue in regard to a domestic assault.

* On March 11, Jessica Mcgee reported that her vehicle was taken from the driveway of her residence.

* On March 11, Rodger McCroskey of Parkersburg reported that his vehicle was entered and a PDA was taken.

* On March 11, officers investigated one motor vehicle accident.

* On March 12, Brandon Lee Wright, 29, of Parkersburg was arrested for first-offense domestic battery.

* On March 12, Jeremy Scott Davis, 35, of Vienna was arrested for first-offense DUI.

* On March 12, James Arthur Harris, 44, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., was arrested for first-offense domestic battery and destruction of property.

* On March 12, officers responded to Go Mart on Seventh Street in reference to counterfeit money being used.

* On March 12, Erica Sheppard reported that she dropped her iPhone in the Camden Clark Medical Center parking lot and an unknown person took it.

* On March 12, officers responded to McDonald’s on Ohio Avenue in reference to counterfeit money being used.

* On March 12, Douglas Barnett reported his Global Power Generator missing from his residence

* On March 12, an officer responded to 29th Street in reference to a fraudulent use of a debit card.

* On March 12, officers responded to Pike Street in reference to a destruction of property.

* On March 12, officers responded to the BP Station on Emerson Avenue in reference to a possible counterfeit bill.

* On March 12, officers investigated eight motor vehicle accidents.

* On March 10, Dakota Kellie Self, 18, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

* On March 10, Katie Rebekah Ritchie, 22, was arrested on a warrant for no proof of insurance and arrested on charges of obstructing and disorderly conduct.

* On March 10, Melissa Dawn Moreland, 36, of Parkersburg was cited on a charge of shoplifting at the Dollar Tree.

* On March 10, John Cain of Parkersburg reported that someone entered his outbuilding and removed a chain saw, a weed eater and gas.

* On March 10, officers responded to Emerick Brothers Towing in regard to a grand larceny.

* On March 10, Tammy Harris of Parkersburg reported that while she was shopping at a local business someone took a Galaxy Tablet out of her shopping cart. * On March 10, Carolyn Eklos of Parkersburg reported that someone cut her Internet cable.

* On March 10, Wendy Pearson reported that someone broke the rear window out of her daughter’s car.

* On March 10, officers responded to GoMart in regard to a petit larceny.

* On March 10, officers investigated six motor vehicle accidents.

* On March 4, Carrie Megan Hupp, 27, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of felony escape.

* On March 4, Kaitlin Marie Thompson, 26, of Parkersburg was arrested on a bench warrant.

* On March 4, Jonathan Cunningham, 38, of Parkersburg was cited for first offense shoplifting from Wal-Mart.

* On March 4, officers responded to Ninth Avenue in reference to a petit larceny. The victim found her vehicle to be ransacked and items missing, including her wallet.

* On March 4, officers responded to 14th Street in reference to a destruction of property. Doris Parker advised someone kicked in the rear door to her residence.

* On March 4, officers responded to United Bank on Market Street in reference to a fraudulent scheme.

* On March 3, Edward Larry Moyers Jr., 46, of Belleville was arrested on charges of second-offense shoplifting at Wal-Mart and trespassing.

* On March 3, Michael P. Wilkinson, 36, of Walker was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and first-offense shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

* On March 3, Miciah Knapp of Parkersburg reported someone used his personal information to open five credit cards and charge over $10,000.

* On March 3, Barbara Thwaits of Parkersburg reported money had been removed from her checking account through a Western Union account without her permission.

* On March 3, Christy Butler of Parkersburg reported she was a victim of a fraudulent scheme.

* On March 3, officers responded to Foodland for counterfeit currency.

* On March 3, officers responded to Mountain Heritage Federal Credit Union for a forgery and uttering.

* On March 3, Taylor Kirby of Parkersburg reported money was removed from her wallet.
