PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 20:

* Barry Ray Robinson, 14 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having an open dump, failure to provide proof of properly disposing of solid waste and shoplifting (two counts) and released on $6,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Rhonda Kaylynn Abbott, 1213 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Dominique Prince Kusi-Davies, c/o 11646 Dorothy Sayers Place, Waldorf, Md., was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $500 surety bond.

* Lewis Deiondra Beniumin Blair III, Akron, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and held on $100,000 surety bond.

* Gregory Morris Salter, 203 55th St, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for driving under the influence and held on $5,000 surety bond.

* William Michael Sims, 1115 East 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and obstruction and held on $1,500 surety bond.

* Ernest D. Jones Jr., 311 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Ray Miller, 200 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a traffic control device violation, having expired registration, speeding (90 mph in a 55 mph zone), second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $457.96. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Teresa Marie Biles, 1001 Olive St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed after proof was presented.

* Ronda Michelle Hardman, 414 Elder St., Apt. 9, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and fined $186.48.

* Austin Michael Stanley, 361 Anderson Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Leslie J. Lipscomb, 1251 Meadville Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to using an electronic device without hands-free equipment and fined $181.48.

* Katelynn Elane Campbell, 600 20th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to consumption of an alcoholic beverage in the passenger area and fined $226.48.

* Ronald W. Wilson II, 49680 Manuel Road, Apt. E, Racine, Ohio, pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic control device and fined $226.48.

* Justin Owen Chanceller, 1942 Worthington St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $226.48. Charges of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance, improper registration and having defective equipment were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
