PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 16-18:
* Anthony Lee Scritchfield, Parkersburg, had a charge of third-degree domestic assault dismissed as the alleged victim recanted and does not wish to pursue.
* Kacey Dawn Thorn, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice, per the alleged victim’s wishes.
* Christopher Michael Lucas, 2601 Dudley Ave. Ste 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Joshua Jeremiah Thorn, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice, per the alleged victim’s wishes.
* Michael Lee Adams, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Okeechobee County, Florida, for failure to appear on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. A hearing was to be held in Wood County Circuit Court to set bond.
* Cynthia Kay Myers, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, for a parole violation. had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice, per the alleged victim’s wishes.
* Timothy David McMahon, 713 Mvrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $500 surety bond.
* Randall Alan Christman, 113 Olin Drive, Woodsfield, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing while DUI and released on $5,000 surety bond.
* Jacob Russell Modesitt, 403 O’Dell Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on $7,500 surety bond.
* Heather Lynn Stull, 907 34th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Michael L Duncan, 630 Liberty St. Apt B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* James Austin Strothers, 2 Woodberry Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Garon Brooks Lowry, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Adrienne Elizabeth Ball, 1329 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* James Everett Hovis, 911 Tefft St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Cynthia Kay Myers, 1625 Latrobe St (Downstairs), Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended, having no insurance and failure to obey a traffic control device and held on $2,100 surety bond.
* Lacey Anne Faith Siers, 1924 Cisco Road, Cairo, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and obstructing and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Jaylin M. Burkhart, 106 Riley Dr. Apt. B, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of DUI with a BAC greater than .150 and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Louie M Pappalardo, 840 Charles St., Willowick, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone (15 mph or more in excess) and fined $186.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
* Josie Dawn Greathouse, 114 Mann Court, Spencer, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.
* Alex R Craigo, 3909 Jim Ridge Road, Given, W.Va., pleaded guilty to improper seat belt use and fined $25.
* Caleb Wayne Hart, 23007 Broadway Ext., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an electronic device violation and fined $100.
* Daniel Shane Martin, 151 Gregg Lane, Walker, pleaded guilty to illegal possession of wildlife and fined $196.48.
* Timothy James Jones, 63677 Batesville Road, Quaker City, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone (78 mph in a 55 mph zone).
* Amy Dawn Greenleaf, 26 Lexington Park Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $241.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and she was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. She had a charge of fraudulent use of an access device dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Joshua Aron Pennington, 2998 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, had a charge of driving on a revoked license for DUI dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Dory Dejuan Darden, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He had a charge of passing or receiving unauthorized currency knowingly dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Brooke Lynn Young, 807 Brentwood Dr., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, battery and child neglect and was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 19:
* William Thomas Cottrill, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to being a pedestrian illegally on the highway and failing to walk only on the left of the roadway or shoulder facing traffic and fined $226.48. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Christopher Jay Richards, 602 Crescent St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and obstruction with threats of harm, fined $377.96 and sentenced to five days in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Katelynn Rebecca Dulancy, 6844 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. She had a charge of possession of marijuana dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Samantha Adella Reesman, 1104 13th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of battery dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Hannah Louise Wilfong, 3329 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $66.34 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.
* Jesse Aaron Berry, 715 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault of a police officer and obstruction and held on $1,500 surety bond.
* Philip Joseph Humphries, 1340 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violating a protective order and a charge of attempting to escape from an officer and held on $11,000 surety bond.
* Tracy Leanne Selvey, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense driving on a suspended and having no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jennifer Ella Ludlow, 1806 Spring St., Parkersburg, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and conspiracy (false information) and released on $500 bond.
* William Paul Thompson, 1806 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $500 bond.
* Brandy Marie Dye, 199 Central City Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Dana Michael Ide, 2807 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jonathan Wingrove, 4507 Butler St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone (69 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $186.48.
* Jeremy Matthew Webb, 1291 Champion School Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to not using a hands free device and fined $276.48.
* James Carl Hutson, 1319 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Hannah L. Wilfong, 3329 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Shaylee Michelle Kirby, 604 27th St., Vienna, pleaded no contest to using a cellphone while driving and fined $276.48.
* Bradley Allen Richards, 3933 9th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $186.48.
* Jeffrey Lang, 17861 State Route 676, Marietta, pleaded guilty to using an electronic device without hands free equipment and fined $100.
