PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 25-27:
* Andrew Cole Pratt, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 surety bond.
* Geneva Jean Brady, 2020 Middle Ridge Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of DUI (drugs) and possession of a controlled substance and released on $6,000 bond.
* John Vernon Cain, Walker, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and obstruction and released on $5,000 surety bond.
* Rachel Barnhart, Vincent, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Ashlei Lynne Fordyce, 805 46th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a personal protection order and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Billy Joe Davis, 19 High St., Vincent, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and driving on a revoked license for DUI (capias) and released on $600 bond.
* Curtis Nile Rood, 1256 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having an open dump, failure to provide proof of disposal and shoplifting and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* David Obrian Wells, 1613 Dewey St., Parkersburg,was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl), possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth), being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and transporting a controlled substance into a correctional facility and held on $100,000 surety bond.
* Marion B Tennant, 454 Northwood Villa, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding and released on $100 personal recognizance bond.
* Tabitha Haught, 3625 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of forgery/uttering and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Bradley Allen Whitlatch, 706 Thomas St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Heather Cheyenne Still, 650 13th St Apt 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $100,000 surety bond.
* Jimmie Lee Grimes, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on $2,500 surety bond.
* Russell Brian Bibbee, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence. He was held until a hearing was held in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Nevin Anthony Clark, 1101 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $522.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with 15 days credit for time served. He was ordered to undergo treatment. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance and fined $662.96. He also pleaded guilty to providing false information to DNR and fined $196.48. He also pleaded guilty to petit larceny and fined $226.48. Clark had charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and third-offense driving on a suspended license dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Christopher M Finley, 2210 Jefferson Ave., Point Pleasant, pleaded guilty to speeding in a work zone and fined $196.48.
* Travis Jenkins, 220 Benn Lake Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation and fined $25.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 28:
* William Michael Dennis, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $506.44 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of trespassing was dismissed, per a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to another trespassing charge and fined $276.48.
* Christopher Scott Temple, 108 Juliana St., Parkersburg, had a charge of driving on a suspended license for DUI dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Terry Lee Clark, 54 Wyndam Knob, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, fined $191.48 and sentenced to two days in jail.
* Stephanie Lynn Turner, 302 Harris St., South Charleston, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and disorderly conduct, fined $427.96 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had a charge of battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Nathan Andrew Ford, 1047 Stephens Fork Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding (74 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $181.48. He also pleaded guilty to speeding (64 mph in a 50 mph zone) and fined $181.48.
* Austin Cole Smith, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue charges.
* Curtis Nile Rood, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, less than $500, and fleeing from an officer on foot and released on $500 surety bond.
* Randy Lee Cates Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,500 surety bond.
* Jared Jeffrey Vandertoorn, 2315 Mount Vernon Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of escape/attempted escape and held on $10,000 cash bond.
* Brian Allen Bonnett, 49579 Manuel Road, Racine, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Kaylee Dawn Williams, 107 Post Mills Way Apt 307, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of overtaking a school bus and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Taylor Paige Jones, 708 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,500 surety bond.
* Matthew Allen Schaffer, 3105 Camden Ave. C/O Rick Schaller, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and released on a $1,000 cash property surety bond
* Ashton Gage Taylor, 711 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing from an officer and released on $2,000 surety bond.
* Walter Ray McPeek, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Anthony Wayne Broadwell, 4418 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of having expired registration and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Joseph Keith Alesius, 260 Lyman Terry Hill Road, Holden, W.Va., was arraigned on three counts of worthless check and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Hilary Raye Kimes, 5967 Elizabeth Pike, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Brody Monroe Morris, 548 Guinn Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to having expired registration and having no insurance and fined $557.96. He also pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and fined $25.
* Jason Ryan Dickel, 1732 Eli Locust Dr., Washington, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without evidence of registration and fined $181.48.
