PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 21:
* Rodger Lee Smith, 105 WPA Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI, possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $1,607.96 and placed on one year of home confinement.
* Shaun Courtnay Willison, 51 School St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without a license or permit and fined $196.48.
* Kyle Matthew Williams, 707 44th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to DUI with a BAC of .15 or more, second-offense child neglect with risk of injury and failure to properly restrain a child while the vehicle was in motion, fined $749.44 and placed on 60 days of home confinement. Charges of DUI with unemancipated minors, failure to properly restrain a child while the vehicle was in motion and second-offense child neglect with risk of injury (three counts) were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Bryce Michael Edwards, 1301 23rd St., Parkersburg, had a charge of attempt to commit a felony dismissed as he was indicted in Wood County Circuit Court on this charge.
* Daniel Robert Woods-Blackwell, 1109 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of third-offense shoplifting and first-degree arson.
* Rodney Parke Leggett, 853 Limestone Road, Clarksburg, W.Va., pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Ashley R. Dolan, 4601 Stella St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Shannon Brooke Carter, 3632 US Rt 60, Huntington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Austin Kiley Kamban, 504 Palmer Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a cell phone violation and fined $276.48. He also pleaded no contest to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Aaron Maverick Pepper, 503 30th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding (79 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48.
* Logan Michael Hinzman, 624 31st St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding (46 mph in a 40 mph zone) and released on $200 personal recognizance bond.
* Logan Skyler Hall, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Wesley Leonard Jacob Anderson, 2521 24th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and fleeing from an officer and released on $1,000 surety bond.
* Shelly Ray Davis, 1326 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Charles A. Roberts, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, for a charge of arson on state park land. He was held on no bond.
* Alisha Jane Floyd, 1204 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding in a construction zone, reckless driving, having expired MVI and having no proof of insurance and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Laura Ellen Eckert, 802 7th St., Apt 4A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jamie Jacob Mills, 1337 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protection order and harassment in violation of a protective order and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Kristopher Lee Mandeville, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Dillon Gregory Williams, 2510 Nash St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of expired registration was dismissed.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 22:
* Essie Virginia Miller, 132 Canterbury Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, violation of a domestic violence protective order and failure to process and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* William Douglas Shaffer, 467 Gates Ridge Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Kristopher Lee Mandeville, 60 Pleasant Hill Church Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of DUI and obstruction and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Franklin Ambomu, 11405 Hershey Red Pl., Clinton, Md., was arraigned on charges of speeding and driving on a suspended license and released on $250 personal recognizance bond.
* Amy Marie Snyder, 8 Wills Street, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of assault and violation of a personal safety order and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Elmer Park Erhard III, 2000 20th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Beth A. Wade, 2108 Maxwell Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.
* Kelly Ann Galisky, 205 Whippoorwill Ridge Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48
* Kegan C Post, 6169 Big Run Road, Chillicothe, Ohio, pleaded no contest to a window tint violation and fined $201.48

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 23:
* Eric Scott Nelson, 461 Washington Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving on a suspended license and improper registration and fined $512.96. Charges of having no proof of insurance and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Scott Robert Hickman, Parkersburg, had charges of violating a protective order (two counts) and domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Stephanie Lynn Gibson, 9 Diamond Drive, Davisville, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of possession of a counterfeit or unauthorized access device with intent to defraud. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Brittany Lee-Nicole Bell, 800 Seventh St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Angelo Nelson Stadtler, Parkersburg, had a charge of second-offense domestic assault or domestic battery dismissed.
* Jason Dewayne Morris, 215 Buckingham Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.
* Austin Shane Wilson, 196 Viscose Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to burning during restricted times and fined $276.48. A charge of a safety strip violation was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Daniel Jay Foran, 2609 New York Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident and fined $567.96
* Ronald Wayne Byers, 506 (Rear) Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI and third-offense driving on a suspended license, fined $687.96 and sentenced to 90 days home confinement. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Brian Allen Allman, 1409 Twigs Road, Friendly, had a charge of violation of a protective order dismissed with prejudice.
* Brianna Lynn Hall, 433 N 5th St., Cambridge. Ohio, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $115.68 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna. A charge of fleeing was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Cody Von Arlan Estep, 1704 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $181.48. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* James Michael Johnson, 809 24th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $276.48.
* William L. Rhyne, 5194 Stillwell Road, Davisville, had charges of driving on a suspended license and no insurance dismissed
* Jordyn Marie Menking, 4833 15th Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed.
* Christinia Aan Atkinson, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed with prejudice.
* Justin Edward Waller, 2212 36th St. AM H, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Robert E. Hoce, 178 Red Peak Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $201.48.
* Michael T. Henline, 44 Lexington Park Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Christopher David Hopkins, 825 7th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on 7th Street in Parkersburg.
* Willard L. Fuller IV, 2515 Plum St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Michael T. Shamblin, 1471 Sycamore Run Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of having expired motor vehicle registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Joseph Trey Nicholson, 3507 Plum St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of malicious assault and destruction of property and held on $200,000 surety bond. He was also arraigned on charges of obstruction and battery of a police officer and held on $2,000 surety bond.
* Brian David Wise, 2314 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods and held on $2,500 surety bond.
* Dinah K. Willey, 6110 Market St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Jacquelin Ann Martin, 186 Trail Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Trey Dylan Nichols, 336 Suzanne St., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
