Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 26:
* Matthew Scott Taylor, 717 29th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $193.02 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. He also pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $276.48.
* Sharown Hope Kidd, 232 1/2 Main St., Lowell, had charges of child abuse and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after a successful deferred judgment agreement. Another charge of child abuse was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Robert Nevonicus Aguilar Jr., 720 29th St. Apt. 31, Parkersburg, had a charge of fraudulent use of an access device dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim did not wish to proceed with the case.
* Corey Joseph Bock, 2803 17th Ave., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of grand larceny and escape from custody of the commissioner of corrections. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Mark David Richard, 1344 St Marys Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without evidence of registration and having defective equipment and fined $362.96.
* Joseph Steven Nester, 403A 13th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of a sex offender registration violation and a charge of soliciting a minor, via computer. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Julie S. Doniff, 2613 Broad St., Parkerbsurg, was arraigned on a charge of having an expired registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jasmine M Powell, 606 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and obstructing an officer and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Daniel Jay Foran, 2609 New York Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and having no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* David Alexander Bunch, 646 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and obstruction (capias) and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and a $2,000 surety bond.
* Brenda Sue Bailey, PO Box 1144, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Leslie Rene Dehart-Miller, 1017 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Heather Dawn Lucas, 907A Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a personal protection order and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Jaden Tyler Brookover, 5717 Old St Marys Pike, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jason Bradley Walker, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and trespassing and held on $1,000 surety bond.
* Ronald Todd Grimm, 807 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on a $30,000 surety bond.
* Crystal M Runyon, 1041 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license for DUI, driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and having improper registration and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Treyshon M Wallace, 892 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $211.48.
* Robert Lee Franklin, 32 Courtney Ridge Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Ronald Eugene Mason Jr, 825 Florence St., Belpre, pleaded no contest to speeding (87 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48.
* Shannon Nicole Bailey, 15 Cross St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $400 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.
* Jared Evan Towner, 2993 Wells Locks Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $194.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 27:
* Sherry Lynn Johnson, 815 Main St., Racine, Ohio, pleaded guilty to first offense shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $75.64 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg. A charge of obstruction (false statement) was dismissed. She pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting and was fined $201.46. She was ordered to pay a $196.19 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg. Another charge of shoplifting was dismissed by the state.
* Camron James Brooks Thorne, 338 Jefferson St., Mineral Wells, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without valid prescription dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Channing Roman Greenleaf, 2920 Kilburne Ave., Columbus, Ohio, had probable cause found on a charge of death resulting from failure to render aid. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Kenneth James Moore, 2314 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement officer and trespassing in a condemned structure, fined $362.96 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of four days for time served. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Timothy Paul Battin, Washington, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Carter Michael Reynolds, Parkersburg, had charges of domestic assault and brandishing a deadly weapon dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Ronald Lannes Watson Jr., 2524 David Lee Drive, Parkersburg, had a charge of animal cruelty dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Heather Dawn Lucas, 907 Pike St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, had a charge of petit larceny dismissed without prejudice.
* Tristin Yvonne Lamar, Little Hocking, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Corey Hunter, Vienna, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, fined $426.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation where he has to do counseling. He had charges of violation of a protective order and domestic battery dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Ryan Brett Francisco, 695 Short Run Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to battery and destruction of property, fined $937.76 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Eric Wayne Tennant Sr., 412 12th St., Huntington, pleaded guilty to second-offense DUI and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $472.96 and placed on nine months of home confinement.
* Lisa Lewis Spradlin, 2505 New York Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no registration and distracted driving and fined $462.96.
* Clayton James Hale, 3207 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Scott Dewayne Bush, 47 Elm St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to DUI, less than .15, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage and third-offense driving on a suspended license, fined $984 and sentenced to 120 days home confinement.
* Dustin Chyenne Lamp, Vienna, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and destruction of property, fined $392.96 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of domestic assault was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jeffrey Neel Smith, P.O. Box 601, Elizabeth, had charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license, not having required insurance and driving too fast for roadway conditions dismissed.
* Justin Edward Walker, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $2,500 surety bond.
* Floyd Leonard Moore Jr., 5219 Briscoe Road, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing with reckless indifference and released on $2,000 surety bond.
* Aubrey E. Henry, 61 Old School Lane, Fleming, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Xavier Paul Carpenter, 705 Hall St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Darrell Alan Boggs, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic assault and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Chad Michael Brownfield, 3306 Second Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $186.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.
* Jason E. Schilling, 182 South Maple Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $212.48.
* Tori Renee Fluharty, 1020 Avery St. Unit 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Gaines Harry Monk, 1527 E Poplar St., Davisville, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.
* Alexander D. Conti, 11 Painters Crossing, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 28-30:
* John Jason Leigh Cline, 11 Fox Hill Terrace, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $191.48. He was ordered to pay a $51.50 civil penalty to the Dollar General store on DuPont Road.
* Scott Andrew Bland, Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense domestic assault dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
* Jeremy Michael Nolan, 1010 38th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI and possession of hydrocodone, fined $352.96 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of improper registration and possession of amphetamine were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* William Robert Saye, P.O. Box 688, Coal City, had a preliminary hearing waived for being an inmate in possession of a weapon, drugs or dangerous materials. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* William Lee Murphy, 508 Phillips St., Marietta, had a charge of driving on a suspended license for DUI dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Amber Lindsey Newland, 1229 22nd St. Apt D, Parkersburg, had a charge of battery of a law enforcement officer dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Kadalina Marie McGary, 147 Jordan Lane Apt. 331, Mineral Wells, had a charge of supplying/selling beer to someone under 21 dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* John Jason Leigh Cline, 11 Fox Hill Terrace, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer on foot and shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $1,500 surety bond.
* Torey Shae Steinbrunner, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $2,500 surety bond.
* Tyler Shane Cooper, 1013 Stadium Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no registration and having no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Johnny Howard Calhoun, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,500 surety bond.
* Rebecca Dawn Allen, 98 Blue Side Drive, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on $5,000 surety bond.
* Payton Anthony Hunt, 76 Long Run Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer while being impaired and fleeing with reckless indifference and released on $10,000 surety bond.
* Nicole Dawn Wiseman, 712 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) with intent to deliver and released on $25,000 surety bond.
* Matthew Wayne Rosier, 710 Front St. Apt. 6, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs. He was also arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver and held on $50,000 bond. He was also arraigned on charges of petit larceny and destruction of property and held on $1,000 surety bond.
* Haley Marie Stoneking, 610 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of disobeying a traffic control device and released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.
* Quintin Avery-Williams Ramirez, 185 State Rt 555, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* James Charles Bonnett, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of a domestic violence protection order violation and released on $200 cash bond.
* Eric S. Nelson, 461 Washington St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of having no proof of insurance, no MVI, third-offense driving on a suspended license and having improper registration and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Cameron James Cowan, 2735 Bender Road, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jill Rene Dean, 172 Mountain View Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (90 mph in a 65 mph zone) and $196.48.
* Rudy Allen Gibson, 4104 16th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.
