PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 12:
* Alexander Preston McCartney, 658 Ridgeview Drive, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, fined $196.48 and sentenced to five days in jail with a credit of seven hours for time served. He had a charge of DUI, less than .150, dismissed.
* Doy Allen Coe, 12 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to making a false report, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Tracy Louise Estep, 2212 36th St Apt 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and obstruction and fined $402.96. She was ordered to pay a $333.54 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.
* Andrew Jordan Halsey, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $186.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of domestic assault was dismissed, per agreement.
* Jarred Zane Garrison, Walker, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed after the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
* David Allen Parker, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation.
* Paul Allen Buck, 609 Lulu St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing or hindering officers (boating) and fined $226.48.
* Jeremy Randall Adkins, 2601 Dudley Ave Suite 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Zackery Michael McDonald, 6 Woodland Park Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Tobey A. Navarro, 1601 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no insurance, no MVI and having expired registration and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Russell B Bibbee, 9826 Elizabeth Pike, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of fleeing with reckless indifference and attempt to commit an offense and released on $1,000
* Beldon Tod Bailey, 1500 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of meth with intent to deliver and held on $50,000 surety bond.
* Lakisha Marie Bigler, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of cruelty to animals and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Howard Warren Guiinn II, No Address Given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of aggravated menacing. He was held until a hearing could be held in Wood County Circuit Court.
* John Robert Fleming, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* Timothy James Metz, 1044 Hadley Lane, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of DUI, speeding and having no proof of insurance and released on $1,000 surety bond.
* Skylar J Allen, 4413 Cypress St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling/furnishing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.
* Amanda J. Hellinger, 1115 Paden St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling/furnishing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.
* Aaron M. Blavos, 525 Ruby St., Belmont, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 13:
* Landon Scheen Hinzman, 624 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to attempted violent injury, fined $286.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. Charges of brandishing a deadly weapon and unlawful restraint were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Steven Wade Taylor, 2718 26th St., Parkersburg, had charges of DUI, expired registration and failure to use headlights dismissed without prejudice.
* Haylen Hershel Miller, 1022 Lakeview Drive Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Camron Michael Gains, 403 Division St., Parkersburg, had a charge of destruction of property, $2,500 or more, dismissed as full restitution has been paid.
* Aiden Matthew Martin, C/O 3380 Johnson Ridge Road, Waterford, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 17 days for time served. A charge of stalking was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Darrell Arthur Yeater, 784 Greene St., Marietta, had charges of destruction of property, $2,500 or more, and first-degree robbery dismissed. He was indicted in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Logan Michael Hinzman, 624 31st St. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault, fined $286.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. Charges of brandishing a deadly weapon and unlawful restraint were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* David Bradley Moyers, 365 Crown Manor Circle Ste 88, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of DUI (drugs) and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and held on $3,000 surety bond.
* Martin Gale Collins II, 1312 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense violating a personal protection order and released on $1,000 surety bond.
* Steven Wade Tavlor, 3930 8th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration, failure to use headlights and DUI and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Deborah Martin, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of illegal disposal of sewage and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Dale Shannon Corder, 65 Blackberry Way, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) with intent to deliver and held on $50,000 surety bond.
* Clarence E Knotts III, 1414 22nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no insurance and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Andrew Everett Schmidt, 3730 St Route 26, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and first-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jason Dewayne Morris, 215 Buckingham Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of having no operators license and having no insurance and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Amy Renee Henderson, 2552 Slate Creek Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired (drugs), driving on a suspended license and having defective equipment and released on $3,000 surety bond.
* James Michael Johnson, 809 24th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on $25,000 surety bond. He was also arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Isaiah David Thomas, 87 Riverview Ave., Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and overtaking and passing a school bus and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Adelyn Lee Morehead File, 20 Granada Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (93 mph in a 70 mph zone). No fine was listed.
* Floyd M Reynolds, 8263 Lost Pavement Road, Belleville, pleaded no contest to having no seat belt and fined $25.
* Melissa Dawn Memahan, 1363 Harris Hwy., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48. She had a charge of expired registration dismissed.
