PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 7-9:

* Austin William Wright, No Address Given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on charges of failure to appear, aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated vehicular homicide and was held on no bond.

* Melissa Ann Hennon, No Address Given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a probation violation and was held on no bond.

* Michael Josef Farmer, No Address Given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of violation of community control and was held on no bond.

* Michael Allen Bowers, 3754 Seventh St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of battery of a law enforcement officer and manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Christopher Lee Carter, 1 River Circle, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $276.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of third-offense shoplifting was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Gina Nicole Hand, 806 1/2 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of forgery/uttering (warrant) and held on $10,000 bond.

* Wayne Sherman Bair III, 467 Gates Ridge Road, Rockport, was arraigned on two counts of failure to register as a sex offender and held on $10,000 bond.

* Delaney Keir Shannon, 1626 Park St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and held on $15,000 bond.

* John Ray Childrey, 11808 Kesington Ave., Cleveland, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and held on $7,500 bond.

* Michael Stephen Baugh. 1103 18th St. Apt. A2, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on $5,000 bond.

* Sarah Elaine Davis, 7641 Pike St. Lot 12, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on $5,000 bond.

* Ashton Isiah Elschlager, 248 Lick Run Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on $15,000 bond.

* Christi Renee Dunham, 1804 St Marys Ave., Parkesrburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no insurance, expired MVI and having expired registration and released on $1,500 bond.

* Kylee Cheyann Flinn, 208 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jamie Jacob Mills, 1335 39th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on six counts of violating a protective order and released on $2,000 bond.

* Matthew Wayne Carpenter, 423 Suzane St., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $500 bond.

* Justin Michael McPherson, 105 Pine View Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order and held on $2,500 bond.

* Wayne Sherman Bair III, 467 Gates Ridge Road, Rockport, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot, assault of a police officer and obstructing a police officer and held on $2,500 bond.

* Alex Lamar Sollberger, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, fleeing on foot and two counts of battery of a police officer and held on $3,500 bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of failure to process and held on $700 bond.

* Cindy Frances Hale, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Daniel Jackson Lemasters, 2859 Dupont Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and released on $1,000 bond.

* Annmarie Theresa Illicete, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI and hit and run with vehicle damage and released on $2,500 bond.

* Amv Dawn Oliver, 760 Thind Run Road, Harrisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Max Lee Wagner, 2103 Foley Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a traffic-control signal violation and fined $186.48.

* Kathleen Hanly Taylor, 2890 North Calhoun Hwy, Grantsville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Ashley Nicole Thomas, 2987 Dutch Ridge Road Apt 17, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Megan Marie Blouir, 1832 Cow Creek Road, Saint Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $230.48.
