Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 16:
* Ashley Autumn Eltringham, 911 1/2 Ann St., Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protection order and released on $1,000 bond.
* Glen Ray Hardie Jr., 22 Lexington Park Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense DUI and released on $1,000 bond.
* Albert Walker Ellis, 4810 2nd Ave., Apt 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect resulting in injury and held on $50,000 bond.
* John Daniel Emerson, 2302 Randolph Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of soliciting a minor via computer and held on $50,000.
* Jesse James Hickel, 7641 Pike Street Lot 4, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on $10,000 bond.
* Clayton James Hale, 3207 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of assault and released on $500 bond.
* William Gale Everett II, 8 Stella Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of cruelty to animals and held on $100,000 bond.
* Doy Allen Coe, 12 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of making a false report and released on $500 bond.
* Everett Daniel Swiger, 2007 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $151.48.
* Dakota Ryan Drake, 805 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and failure to maintain control and fined $562.96.
* Stephen Patrick Anderson, 4807 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and having no proof of insurance and fined $652.96. A charge of having no seat belt was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Ashley L. Yoho, 7 Hollow Ridge Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting penalties (less than $500) and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $99.86 civil penalty to Walmart.
* Amber Nicole Williams, 87 Lanham Lane, Davisville, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of an access device, fined $434.02 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and placed on six months of unsupervised probation and fined $434.02. She was also ordered to pay restitution.
* Joseph Russell Mason, 707 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, had a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm due to a felony controlled substance conviction (two counts) dismissed after witnesses failed to appear in court.
* Mystyn Dawn Butcher, 1411 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $476.48. She had a charge of having no insurance dismissed.
* Jessica Nichole Martinelli, Parkersburg. had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Jessica Marie Ruble, Parkersburg, had charges of domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue charges.
* Kendra LeAnn Monroe, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
* Blaine Maxon Mackey III, 3516 Winding Road, Waverly, had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed with prejudice.
* Eric Matthew Dowler, 601 O’Neal St., Belpre, had a charge of battery dismissed.
* Gregory Allen Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, third-offense driving on a suspended license, fined $512.96 and sentenced to 90 days home confinement. He had charges of improper registration and having no insurance dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jill Kristin Bolden, 600 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of strangulation and gross neglect of a child creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Billy James Peck, 1041 24th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense DUI dismissed as it will be refiled as a second-offense.
* Michael Keith Bass, 1311 Market St. Apt. 110, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of escape. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Kalem Miles Casto, 1001 12th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail with a credit of 11 days for time served. He was ordered to pay a $58 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. He had a charge of third-offense shoplifting dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Ashley L. Yoho, 7 Hollow Ridge Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to shoplifting penalties (less than $500) and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $99.86 civil penalty to Walmart.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 17-20:
* Andrew Ryan Snider, 9 Foxboro Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48.
* Kimberly Ann West, 217 Oney Ave., Huntington, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of forgery/uttering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Brandon David Holbert, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Dollar General store in Vienna.
* Dashee Patrick Towne, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $181.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg.
* Jennifer Lori Fankell, 1601 Ridge Road, Oak Hill, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $25,000 bond.
* David Lee Phillips, 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of attempt to commit a felony (burglary) and held on $20,000 bond.
* Keenan Spencer Slampak, 1808 29th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $30,000 bond.
* Jason Lee Allman, 70s Hall St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and held on $35,000 bond.
* Eric Martin Tanner, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Joshua Ray Barton, 3 Worthington Lane Apt. 12, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Tye Bernard Lewandowski, 891 Big Bend Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
* Katie Jean Gibson, 804 Red Hill Road Apt. 14, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on $1,000 bond.
* Aleiah Madasyn Holstein, 1028 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having expired registration and released on $500 bond.
* William Joseph Kerns, 512 Maple St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Nathan Daniel Bibbee, 1706 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Randy D. Holstein, 1028 Avery St. Apt 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and disobeying a traffic control device and released on $500 bond.
* James Clair Kittle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 bond.
* Jeffrey Jay Whitmer, 2906 Bells Run Road, Newport, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with a BAC equal or greater than .15 and held on $3,500 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 21:
* Tonia Dawn Westenfeld, c/o 708 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and petit larceny, fined $427.96 and sentenced to seven days in jail which was credited as time served. Charges of disorderly conduct and failure to process were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Paul David White, 225 Cerise Lane Apt. 902, Wheeling, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fleeing with reckless indifference. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Christopher Scott Temple, 1108 Juliana St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of first-offense sexual offender registration violation (two counts). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Tonia Dawn Westenfeld, 26 Ruble Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on $500 bond.
* Tyra J. Vandyke, 2205 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and having no MVI and released on $500 bond.
* Nathan Joseph Brunny, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $1,500 bond.
* Nathan Andrew Hickman Jr., 662 Montgomery Hill Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of battery of a police officer (two counts), battery of EMS (two counts), disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and obstructing an officer and held on $10,000 bond.

* Tracy Lynn Hill, 4318 11th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $179.98 civil penalty to Walmart
* Nicholas Ryan Thomas, 105 Victory St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.
* McShayne O’Bryan Riley, 305 Third St., Beverly, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Johnathan Scom Nichola, 1853 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on $10,000 bond.
* Cowan Hart Pennington, 24 Thorn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
* Jeremy Lee Dye, C/O 281 South Main St., Keyser, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $1,500 bond.
* Aileen Marie Mays, 19365 Binderbasin Road, Glouster, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting (equal or greater than $500) and held on $1,000 bond.
* Drew Nicole Barber, 1171 Gibson Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, less than $500, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (two counts) and released on $2,000 bond.
* Amanda Jane Sams, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (two counts) and driving on a suspended license and released on $1,500 bond.
* Andrew Jordan Halsey, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and obstruction and released on $3,500 bond.
* Richard Fred Johnsen Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and fishing without a license and released on $3,500 bond.
* Joel Jordan Green, 4002 Jefferson St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on $2,000 bond.
* Tonia Dawn Weutenteld, Co J08 13th 41, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $276.48.
* Stoney Gene Kales, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $176.48. He also received credit for any time served.
