Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 3-Jan. 7:
* Tina Louise McElfresh, 178 Bently Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* James Russell Dawkins, 200 Mossy Lane, Walker, pleaded no contest to charges of bait public land and having an ATV in a prohibited area and fined $392.96.
* Earl James Gordon, 1023 George St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to illegal lane change and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after Gordon presented proof to the court.
* Kalem Miles Casto, 1304 16th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on $5,000 bond.
* Brandid Lee Jackson, 504 34th St. Apt 6, Vienna, was arraigned on two counts of burglary and held on $50,000 bond.
* Joshua Neal McVey, 1326 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault and held on $400,000 bond.
* Dale Eugene Logston, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic battery and held on $10,000 bond.
* Tina Louise McElfresh, 904 1/2 Hawthorn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transferring/receiving a stolen vehicle and released on $10,000 bond.
* Kevin Lemar Legrand, 1211 10th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Christopher Keith Parker, 2006 Camden Ave. Apt B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no insurance and released on $500 bond.
* Tommy Harrison Wolfe, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Terry Lee Clark, 54 Wyndham Knob, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI, greater than .15 BAC, and released on $2,500 bond.
* Michelle Renee Wright, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Hunter Todd Moore, 182 Twin Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on $2,000 bond.
* Casey Jay Cox, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Cheyenne M. Haves, 606 Mulberry Lane Run, Palestine, W.Va., pleaded guilty to having a controlled substance on an access site, fined $226.48 and sentenced to 100 days in jail which was suspended and Haven was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of conspiring to violate Chapter 20 was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jason Lee Allman, 105 Mall St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and disorderly conduct, fined $357.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Taylor Nicole Myers, C/O 693 Mozart Road, Wheeling, pleaded guilty to unauthorized delivery of an item to an inmate, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and she was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. She had a charge of an inmate in possession of a weapon, drugs or dangerous materials dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jerome Leman Brown, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to simple assault and trespassing, fined $372.96 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of six days for time served.
* Justin Ryan White, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and driving on a suspended license and fined $652.96.
* Jerrianne Krystal Myers, Coolville, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.
* Martin Gale Collins II, 1312 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and second-offense violation of a protection order and held on $2,000 bond.
* Brandon Paul Hayes, 2700 Sandhill Road, Reno, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a crash with injury, second-offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and improper registration and released on $2,000 bond.
* Jeremy Randall Adkins, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession (capias) and domestic battery and held on $5,000 bond.
* Todd Justin Twyman, 2116 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and held on $2,000 bond.
* Desarah Lynn Marberry, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, disorderly conduct, domestic battery and falsely reporting an emergency and released on $3,000 bond.
* Michael Dwaine Mosley, 60 Bills Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and held on $2,500 bond.
