Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 20-22:

* Candy Rochelle Bentr, c/o 1030 Market St. Apt. 311, Parkersburg, had charges of first-degree arson and attempting to committing an offense but being prevented from doing it dismissed as she was indicted on the charge in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Chase Alexander Ahart, 1645 Poplar St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and operating a vehicle without registration and fined $456.73 after the conditions of a deferred sentencing agreement were not met. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Xavier Booker, 925 Union Ave., Bronx, New York, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of taking the identity of another person for credit or employment purposes and fraudulent schemes. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Lindsey Marie Lucas, 817 Elm St. Apt. 74, Belpre, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Hunter Joseph Kuhn, c/o 710 30th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of strangulation dismissed after the alleged victim failed to appear in court.

* Nathan Andrew Hand, 1047 Stephens Fork Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.

* Jill Kristin Bolden, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Washington County, Ohio on charges of contempt of court and failure to appear. She is being held without bond.

* Dale Roger Thorn, 893 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Ashley Junelle Rollyson, 1108 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a prohibited person being in possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,000 bond.

* Bret Garrison Primm, 1041 Meldahl Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of driving impaired with a BAC equal or greater than .15 and released on $2,500 bond.

* Destanee Lynne Houghton, 2521 24th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and battery of a police officer and released on $2,000 bond.

* Charles Dillon Seaford, 2521 24t Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of child neglect, obstructing an officer and fleeing in a vehicle and released on $3,000 bond.

* Mathieu James Garrette, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 bond.

* Mitchell Steven Holt, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer, public intoxication and disorderly conduct and released on $500 bond.

* Camron Michael Gains, 403 Division St., Parkesburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving impaired with a BAC equal or greater than .15 and released on $2,500 bond.

* David Alexander Bunch, 646 1/2 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jacob Wayne Holstein, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $500 bond.

* James Ryan Perkins, 124 Pine Ave., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and held on $10,000 bond.

* Tyler James Francis, 1026 Ball School Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and held on bond.

* Ronald Clifford Hopkins Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 bond.
