Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 13:
* Michelle D. Inman, 10545 Watts Road, Roseville, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of DUI and obstruction and held on $1,000 bond.
* Chance Schneider, 557 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on $5,000 bond.
* Brayden S. Brewster, 4308 Uhl St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $500 bond.
* Christina Lynn Williams, 118 Victory St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of littering, expired MVI (two counts), expired registration, having no proof of insurance, driving on a suspended license and having improper registration and released on $2,800 bond.
* Jay Michael Stephens, 862 Tuckers Creek Road, Elizabeth, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed due to no controlled substance being found in a seized item, per a state lab report.
* Stormy Lynn Johnson, 1680 Newark Road, Elizabeth, had charges of expired registration and third-offense driving on a suspended license dismissed after she paid all fines, fees and obtained a valid learner’s permit and has valid registration.
* John Walter Keaton, 7142 Pike St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding (80 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48.
* Clayton Jennings Peoples, 2523 21st Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $226.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 15-17:
* Joshua Michael Conger II, 706 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio on a charge of menacing and is being held on no bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order (warrant) and released on $2,000 bond.
* Hunter James Poole, 82 Camp Barbe Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and striking an attended vehicle and released on $500 bond.
* Shane Christopher Harpold, 1003 Campus Dr., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and having improper registration and released on $2,000 bond.
* Clinton Dallas Hornbeck, 1007 Ridge St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Elijah Richard Neal, 1030 Market Manor Apt. 604, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Andrew Samuel Poling, 99 8th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Gregory Allan Carter, 1743 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on third-offense shoplifting and released on $3,000 bond.
* Amanda Pearl Lockhart, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Dean A Beck Jr., No Address Given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio on a charge of larceny-shoplifting. He is being held on no bond.
* Jeffrey Dale Farrow, 54783 State Rt. 681, Reedsville, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Charles Dana Johnson II, 191 Smith Hill, Cairo, was arraigned on two counts of being a prohibited person possessing a firearm and released on $10,000 bond.
* Tristen Paul Persinger, 507 Postlewait St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on $15,000 bond.
* Peter James Crocker, 61 Ronald Reagan Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $15,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 18:
* James Oliver Weatherholt Jr., 342 South St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement in a vehicle and DUI and fined $1,027.96 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation with a credit of 40 hours for time served. He had another charge of fleeing from law enforcement in a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Joseph Vernon Turpin, 675 Goose Run Rd., Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of robbery or attempted robbery. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Austin Lee Bailey, 112 Ocie Lane, Brohard, W.Va., had a preliminary hearing waived on seven counts of possession of counterfeit or unauthorized access device with intent to defraud. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jonathon Lee Nutter, C/O 1306 West Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and child abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or a person in a position of trust creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Curtis Leon Davis Jr., 1500 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Tyler Levi Mace, 1338 Spring St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of strangulation. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Crystal Leann Evans, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $203.48 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* George Franklin Friel IV, 3850 Central Ave. Apt. #19, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 19 days in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Jaden Franklin Bird, 1601 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $276.48.
* Kara Danielle Long, 1005 Mission Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without proof of registration and fined $181.48. He had a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Chelsea Dawn Nuzum, 705 Hall St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, had a charge of fraudulent schemes dismissed after paying the restitution.
* Mackenzie R. Hapney, 2335 Broad St., Parkersburg, had charges of speeding (10 mph or less in excess on highway) and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed as Hapney is now compliant.
* Jeremiah Jacob Lyons, 195 South 6th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after completing a required program.
* Patrick Alan Duggan, 1402 1/2 16th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $206.48.
* Joseph Dewayne Lemon, 608 Shrewsbury Place, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) dismissed.
* Darrell Antonio Hughes, 1184 E 18th Ave., Columbus, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver and held on $150,000 bond.
* Tiffany Ranae Carson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance, deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and held on $100,000 bond.
* Miranda Shaw Lough, 4146 Wadesville Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of overtaking and passing a school bus and released on $500 bond.
* Jordan Ray Stewart, 1106 26th St. Apt. 2, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of unauthorized use of an access device and held on $2,500 bond.
* Scotty Joseph Byers, 35 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $500 bond.
* April Michelle Trippett, 820 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and unlawful taking of a vehicle and held on $1,000 bond.
* Melinda Kay Frederick, 1712 7th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and destruction of property (capias) and released on $6,000 bond.
* Ryan Willard Ewing, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of improper approach of an emergency vehicle and released on $500 bond.
* Tiffany Marie Full, 1050 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no operator”s license and having an expired MVI sticker and released on $500 bond.
* Donald Ray Buzzard, 905 26th St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Megan Whitney Skidmore, 2625 14th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
