Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 17:
* Justin Charles Haynes, Parkersburg, was found not guilty of domestic battery.
* Bobby Lee Tincher, 814 Grafton St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of grand larceny. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Christopher Cullen Cooper, 646 Blennerhassett Heights, Washington, W.Va., had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of attempted grand larceny. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jennifer L. Jones, 1201 Poplar St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was ruled as time served. He had a charge of battery of a police officer dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Keenan Wish Mills, 1609 Hill St. Apt. 8, Parkersburg, had a charge of shoplifting dismissed.
* Kevin Shamik Fitzgerald, Fairmont, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation.
* Bobby Lee Tincher, 814 Grafton St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Bryce Samuel Arnold, Point Pleasant, had charges of unlawful restraint and domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Derryl Anderson, 1413 40th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of petit larceny dismissed with prejudice.
* Barry H. Goldenberg, 4617 8th Ave., Vienna, had charges of possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in the passenger area of a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license for DUI dismissed with prejudice.
* Charles Antoine Allen, 1108 Juliana St. Apt. 81, Parkersburg, had a charge of destruction of property dismissed with prejudice.
* Cassey Lea Gregory, 1810 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of second-offense violation of a personal safety order dismissed without prejudice
* Christopher Neil Wolfe, Davisville, had a charge of domestic assault dismissed with prejudice.
* Nicholas Alan Taylor, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $479.96 civil penalty to Boot Barn at the Grand Central Mall. He pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance and another charge of shoplifting, fined $377.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with a credit of six days in jail. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Family Dollar store on Dudley Avenue.
* Desirae Lynn Conkle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She also pleaded guilty to battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail and placed on one year of unsupervised probation which will run concurrently. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed. Per a plea agreement.
* Charles Patrick King, 1808 Worthington St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay a $317.36 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg. A preliminary hearing on a charge of third-offense shoplifting was waived. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Brenda Kay Roberts, 504 15th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting and trespassing and released on $1,000 bond.
* Derek Andrew Hill, 685 Mitchells Lane, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, having no insurance, driving on a suspended license and failure to maintain control and released on $2,000 bond.
* Michael Dwaine Mosley, 1226 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on $5,000 bond.
* Joel Conrad Alontac Greer, 720 29th St. Apt. 11, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and obstruction and released on $1,500 bond.
* Philip Wayne Duley Jr., 1110 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and held on $15,000 bond.
* Damon Thomas Brannon, 904 1/2 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy and held on $25,000 bond.
* Stephen M. Elder, 1495 Moody Ridge Road, Vincent, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.
* Christopher Wayne Short, 115 Valley Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding in a work zone (69 mph in a 55 mph zone)
* Jaidon Levi Lusk, 389 Hickory Heights Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $362.96.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 18-20:
* Nicole Dawa Wiseman, 712 30th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and fined $310.45. He had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fraudulent disposition of property after notice. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* David Paul Dailey, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers or law enforcement or EMS, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with eight days credit for time served which was suspended and placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Ryan Nicholas Cline, 630 Bird St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Stephen Michael Arnold, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,500 bond.
* Faith Sherie Cannon, Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,500 bond.
* Jason Bradford, Cincinnati, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,500 bond.
* Cortney Renee Thomas, 144 Jesterville Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and fleeing on foot, being a pedestrian on a highway failing to walk facing traffic and released on $1,600 bond.
* Alexandria Nicole Anderson, 413 East 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance (capias) and held on $4,500 bond.
* Dakota Thomas Allerton, 1622 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of animal cruelty and released on $7,500 bond.
* Samantha Ann Adams, 1004 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $2,000 bond.
* Haylee Dawn Coe, 348 Slate Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy and released on $10,000 bond.
* Kevin Lee Mays, 6 Wills St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and released on $50,000 bond.
* Jimmy Duane Dailey, 403 11th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of second-degree shoplifting and held on $4,000 bond.
* Angelo Nelson Stadtler, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and released on $4,000 bond.
* Zachary Lee Huck, 440 Bear Creek Road, Lowell, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Austin Lee Bailey, 1408 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on seven counts of fraudulent use of an access device with intent to defraud and held on $70,000 bond.
* Christopher Michael Williams, 40 Prince Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $99.84 civil penalty to Walmart.
* Tina Marie Montgomery, 80 Colonel Phelps Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Millard Raymond Holbert, 5609 Sixth Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $181.48.
* Joshua Adams Shipley, I7 Wild Cherry Lane, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a traffic-control signal violation and fined $181.48. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.
* Clifford Clinton Mayo III, 111 Wooster St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $226.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 21:
* Dustin Duane Pierce, 265 Joy St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of counterfeit or unauthorized access device, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Brian Carl Craig, 5022 41 Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on three counts of second-offense failure to register as a sex offender. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny, fined $326.48 and sentenced to 11 days in jail.
* Wayne Robert Metz, 1215 1/2 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fraudulent schemes. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Madeline Kay Carpenter, 151 Dicken Drive Ste 24, Mineral Wells, had a charge of having no insurance dismissed.
* Charrus Edward Drummond, Parkesrburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property and released on $4,000 bond.
* Chelsea Jasmine Yost, 111 Cherry St., Sistersville, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.
* Troy Allen Knopp, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $250 bond.
* Rebecca J. Wilson, 7001 Pike St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of having no approved sewage disposal and released on $500 bond.
* Saheru Khuti Sekkam Maa Williams, 1844 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Stacie Mae Willis, 538 Marietta Ave, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
* Dana Adam Pierson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting ((capias) and possession of a controlled substance and held on $3,500 bond.
* Sean Michael Adkins, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $2,000 bond.
* John Robert Lyons, 1500 Broadway Ave, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to diving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Dustin E. Wright, 25 Heather Place, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.
* Jeromy Shane Miller, 105 36th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding (54 mph in a 45 mph zone) and fined $186.48. He had a charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jason Scott Bowers, 2424 Valley Road Unit 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, with a BAC of less than .15, fined $481.48 and sentenced to two days at the Parkersburg Holding Center.
* Jason Wayne Lendmon, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed with prejudice.
* Daniel Ray Wheeler, Parkersburg, had charges of domestic battery and battery dismissed with prejudice.
* Angelia Jenkins, 6856 Pike St. Apt. 5, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to worthless checks on a preexisting debt and fined $246.48.
* Hannah Kay Westfall, 616 Jameson St., Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed after the victim no longer wished to proceed.
* Carl Eugene Spradlin, 2503 New York Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having dogs at large and fined $186.48.
* William Michael Sims, 1115 East 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $236.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail and placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Rebecca Dawn Allen, 1507 30th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl, fined $196.48 and sentenced to 99 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Alicia Dawn Whisner, Vienna, pleaded guilty to domestic violence, fined $196.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on 18 months of unsupervised probation.
* Michael David Sams, Lot 60 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, assault of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers or law enforcement, battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS, fined $579.44 and sentenced to 120 days in jail. He had two counts of battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS dismissed.
* Casey Jay Cox, 59 Romaine Dr., Washington, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48
* Sean Ryan Rice, 1294 Lakewood Circle, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to having an expired operator’s license and fined $377.96. He had charges of a stop sign violation and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed, per a plea agreement.
