Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 11-14:
* Casey Jay Cox, Washington, W.Va., had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the state has had no contact with the alleged victim.
* Leah Denise Hartness, 1817 7th St., Parkersburg, had two counts of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth dismissed without prejudice.
* Virgil Denver Adkins, 3408 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $181.48.
* Chase Mikell Bailey, 1011 East 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $376.48.
* Brian Carl Craig, 5022 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to register as a sex offender (three counts) and petit larceny and held on $20,000 bond.
* Jill Kristin Bolden, 53 McCommas Drive, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance, driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and released on $2,250 bond.
* Thomas Paul Douglas, 3060 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Joel Alontae Greer, 720 29th St. Apt. 11, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct and released on $2,000 bond.
* Jessica Marie Ruble, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance (meth) and released on $500 bond.
* Justin Gregory Williams, 407 Locust Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 bond.
* Deane Allen Beck Jr., 1008 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and released on $1,500 bond.
* Kimberly Ann West, 716 30th St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of forging and uttering and released on $2,500 bond.
* April Breanne Smith, 1509 Covert St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and having no operators license and released on $500 bond.
* Michael Anthony Crytser, 215 11th St. Apt. 2A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm and released on $1,000 bond.
* David Paul Dailey, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property (warrant) and battery of a police officer (warrant) and held on $2,000 bond.
* Ryan M. Clinton, 918 Maple St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having expired registration and fined $181.48.
* Glenda Sue Harvey, PO Box 634, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic control device and fined $181.48.
* Dinah Kay Willey, 48 Turnburry Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a one way violation and fined $181.48.
* Angela Michelle Proctor, 2503 Beverly St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $186.48.
* Cody Allen Bennett, 151 East Hillview Drive, Morgantown, pleaded guilty to speeding (86 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $191.48.
* Tammy Cool Oxendine, 1951 Pow Pow Road, Stoneville, N.C., pleaded guilty to speeding (68 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $186.48.
* Joshua Kelly Jones, 521 East Main St., Paoli, Ind., pleaded guilty to a speed/traffic restriction in a construction zone – 15 mph or more in excess and fined $196.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 15:
* Skier Doc Ward, 1461 State Route 339, Belpre, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $181.48. He had a charge of DUI dismissed with prejudice.
* Jessica Dawn Woodward, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to fingerprint/process, domestic battery, battery on government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement and EMS and fined $554.44 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and she was placed on 18 months of unsupervised probation. Charges of battery on government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law-enforcement and EMS, obstruction with threats of harm, another charge of failure to process were dismissed, per a plea agreement. She pleaded guilty to other charges of battery on government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement and EMS, domestic battery and fined $362.96.
* Chad Alan Freeland, Pennsboro, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed after the alleged victim wished for the charges to be dismissed.
* Kevin Lee Mays, 6 Wills St., Mineral Wells, had a charge of keeping a dwelling for the use of controlled substances dismissed as it will be refilled as a felony in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Brown Willard Salyers II, 1115 33rd St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture or possess with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Ronald Todd Grimm, 807 33rd St., Parkersburg, was found guilty of speeding and fined $186.48
* Jeffrey H. Shock, 3472 Cadillac Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction while boating and fleeing and released on $1,000 bond.
* Brooklyn Shantel Groves, 7641 Pike St. Lot 20B, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl) and held on $10,000 bond.
* Stormy Lynn Johnson, 71 Lewis Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having an expired registration and released on $500 bond.
* Jonathon Paul Kelley, P.O. Box 2431, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on bond.
* Chase Alyn Conger, 1152 Society Hill, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of reckless driving and released on $1,000 bond.
* Roger Lee Strawser, 305 Tuscawalla St., Oakland, Md., was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Colton Daniel Church, 13 Spruce St., Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl) and held on $200,000 bond.
* Ezra Brian Morris, 212 Mineral Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Darik Alan Oldaker, 191 Scarce Fat Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to failure to extinguish forest fire before leaving and fined $276.48.
* Bethany Danielle Arnold, 499 Henry Lane, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to providing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.
* Russell Darrin Binegar, 1188 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $287.48.
* Andrew David Calebraugh, 184 Logan Lane, Parkersbung, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Billie Jo Dye, 15 Prince Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
