Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 25:

* Skye Krystil Williams, 721 Franklin St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $196.48. He was ordered to pay a $279.08 civil penalty.

* Brandee J. Allen, 89 Straight Fork Road, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Tricia Dawn Thorn, 516 Bosson Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $201.48.

* Kyle Daniel Grogan, 916 Sugar Camp Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding (55 mph in a 35 mph zone) and going left of center and fined $362.96.

* Russell Lee Traugh, 1317 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to report an accident and fined $186.48.

* Brandis Lee Morehead, 20 Granada Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance in a state facility and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (two counts) and held on $150,000 bond.

* Caleb Anthony Nicholson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Brown W Salyers II, 1115 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) with intent to deliver and released on $50,000 bond.

* Destiny Dawn Vest, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Shane Frederick Burden, 1134 Lynn St. Room 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500 (two counts) and released on $500 bond.

* Justin Kyle Wendelken, 1800 1/2 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription (two counts) and released on bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 26:

* Leroy Vernon Seabolt, 2804 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a schedule I or II narcotic or meth and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm due to a prior offense. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jesse James Hickel, 7641 Pike St. Lot 4, Mineral Wells, had charges of fleeing in a vehicle and child neglect creating a substantial risk of bodily injury dismissed as he was indicted on the charge in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Johnny Lee Bell, 344 Rosedate Court, Detroit, Mich., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $776.48.

* Roxianne Marie Drennen, 122 South Fifth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $209.94 civil penalty to Walmart.

* Bryan Leigh Britton, Davisville, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.

* Jamie Leigh Freeland, Williamstown, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.

* Michael Edwin Taylor, Ravenswood, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.

* Joshua Shawn Cayton, 496 Walker Lane, Washington, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $276.48. He had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jackie Anne Nay, 122 Sharon St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery, fined $216.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Billie Jean Curtis, 3625 Packard St. Apt 45, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.

* Michelle Elizabeth Parker, 1420 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of speeding was dismissed, per a plea agreement. She also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no seat belt was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Amber Leigh Movers, 115 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended license and fined $376.48. A charge of defective equipment was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jared Matthew Murray, 705 56th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Isaiah Harlan Starcher, 71 Wakefield Dr., Washington, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $276.48. A charge of being a pedestrian on the highway and not walking on the left facing traffic was dismissed per a plea agreement.

* Larry Lee Eader, 1030 Market St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on $500 bond.

* Brittany Marie Ayres, 501 32nd St. Lot A5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of assault and released on $1,500 bond.

* Matthew Scott Glover, Cutler, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.

* Raymond Lee Maillet, 1311 7th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Tyler Chase Cutego, 1105 22th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of meth and released on $1,000 bond.

* Caiden Lee Burke, 2608 26th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and reckless driving and released on $1,000 bond.

* Joshua Aaron Stewart, 1659 Middle Hill Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration, having no insurance and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Terri Ann Phillips, 612 Olive St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

* Heather Sue Offenberger, 184 Locust Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.

* John Alan Coffindaffer, 131 Dickens Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and operating a vehicle without registration and fined $557.96.

* Jacklyn M. Belue, 611 Crooks Ave., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to speeding (10 mph or less in excess on highway) and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 27-29:

* Jeffery Lake Talbert, 607 Nicely Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and no insurance and fined $557.96.

* Dustin Zachary Cunningham, 903 2nd St., St. Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding (71 mph in a 45 mph zone) and fined $196.48.

* Ariana Michelle Warren, 311-1/2 W. King St. Apt. 3, Martinsburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (79 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $191.48.

* Jeff Alan Godfrey, 158 North Hills Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to failure to stop at a stop sign and fined $191.48.

* Kasey Jo Baton, 1129 Blennerhassett Heights, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (51 mph in a 35 mph zone) and fined $186.48.

* Jenna Antoinette Mathess, 9130 Harris Hwy., Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.

* Kyle Ray Mise, 1641 Valley Max Road, Waverly, had probable cause found for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth (two counts). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Raymond Eugene Preston, 1662 Smith Road, Columbus, Ohio, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth and transporting fentanyl into the state. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Brandy Nicole Wright, 1202 Hocking Road, Belpre, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Andrew James Strock, 5509 6th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to battery of government representatives, health care providers, utility workers, law enforcement or EMS, fined $176 and sentenced to eight months of home confinement.

* Nicole Dawn Wiseman, 712 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent disposition of property after notice and released on $10,000 bond.

* Gregory Allen Woolwine, 1314 North 14th St., Clarksburg, was arraigned on a charge of brandishing and released on $5,000 bond.

* Justin Ryan White, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Teri Ann Shaw, 1513 Park Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on $25,000 bond.

* Dana Adam Pierson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and held on $1,000 bond.

* Nathan Allen Foster, 44 Beaver Road, Minden, W.Va. was arraigned on charges of illegal burning and not having proper fire control as well as grand larceny and transporting/receiving stolen property and held on $24,000 bond.

* Ashton Leigh Bungard, 4425 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with a BAC equal or greater than .15 and released on $2,500 bond.

* Justin Michael Johnson, 2601 Dudley Ave Ste #3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transporting a controlled substance into a correctional facility and held on $35,000 bond. He was also arraigned on charges of shoplifting, less than $500, and public intoxication and released on $250 bond.

* James Oliver Weatherholt Jr., 342 South St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle while DUI and held on $75,000 bond.

* William Donald Richards III, 1602 Murdoch Ave. Apt. 111, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and being a pedestrian on the highway and not walking on the left facing traffic and released on $1,000 bond.

* Nicole Dawn Wiseman, 712 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fraudulent disposition of property after notice and petit larceny and released on $1,500 bond.
