Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following reports were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Aug. 1:

* Francis Neal Waggoner Jr., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II Narcotic. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Craig Vincent Ciulla, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of attempt to commit a felony-burglary. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Trisha Nicole Chute, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $190.25. She was ordered to pay a $104 civil penalty to the Apricot Lane Boutique in Parkersburg.

* Jeremiah Jacob Lyons, Parkersburg, had a charge of burglary dismissed without prejudice.

* Keith Alan Kraynak, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 60 days in jail with six days credited for time served. A charge of trespassing was dismissed.

* William Gale Everett II, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, two counts of battery of a government employee, a bond violation, fined $760.75 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. A charge of obstruction, disorderly conduct, failure to be processed and three charges of battery of a government employee were dismissed.

* Nicole Deloris Ramsey, Parkersburg, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, failure to process and obstruction through a bench trial and fined $645.75.

* Jessica Hope Kelley, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. A charge of driving while using a cellphone without hands-free equipment was dismissed.

* Devin Andrew Bolev, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to failure to report an accident and fined $180.25.

* Stephan Glen Stephens, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $175.25. Charges of obstructed windshield, tires beyond fenders and having no inspection sticker were dismissed.

* Ryan Christopher Ashworth, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.

* Deborah Lynn Cross, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI and fined $355.25.

* Hattie Jane King, Fleming, Ohio, pleaded guilty to permitting DUI and fined $270.25.

* Robert Harlan Bailey, Fleming, Ohio, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in an impaired state, fined $345.25 and sentenced to 12 hours in jail which was credited as time served. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.

* Jaime Lee Edwards, Guysville, pleaded guilty to a charge of child neglect by parent, guardian or custodian creating risk of bodily injury, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and placed on 18 months of unsupervised probation. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed.

* Nathanial David Randolph, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge obstruction, fined $180.25, and sentenced to 45 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of trespassing and battery of a police officer was dismissed.

* William Michael Sims, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and obstruction and fined $370.25. Charges of having no operator’s license and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

* Rocky B. Swisher, Belleville, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25.

* Michael W. Maher, Davisville, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25. A charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed.

* Destiny Danielle Perdue, Winfield, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $1,000 bond.

* Ryan Steven Buzzard, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance. He was released on $500 bond.

* Zoie Bekelle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, having no insurance and a right of way violation, and released on $1,500 bond.

* Jonathan David Louden, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and conspiracy to commit a felony. He was released on $5,000 bond.

* Steven Wade Taylor, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on $500 bond.

* Jessica M. Rankin, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and held on $500 bond.

* Nicholas Paul Ickes, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and held on $100,000 bond.
