Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled July 26 in Wood County Magistrate Court. Addresses and birthdates were redacted by the court:

* Trevelle Jermaine Brogdon, Akron, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and transporting fentanyl into the state. Brogdon was held on $300,000 bond.

* Miykaia Tiarra Adkins, Akron, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and transporting fentanyl into the state. Adkins was held on $300,000 bond.

* Craig Howard Warren Jr., Stow, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and transporting fentanyl into the state. Warren was held on $300,000 bond.

* James Raheim Davis, Akron, was arraigned on charges of delivering Meth, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and transporting fentanyl into the state. Davis was held on $300,000 bond.

* Erica Breanne Cobb, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, capias warrant for destruction of property and a capius warrant for domestic battery and held on $500 bond.

* Jessica Dawn Woodword, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Keith Alan Kraynak, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and destruction of property. Kraynak was held on $500 bond.

* Kenneth Paul Bell, Walker, was arraigned on two counts of violating a protective order and released on $500 bond.

* Isaiah Howard Ohse, Parkersburg, had a charge of entering a building other than dwelling; entry of railroad, traction or motorcar, steamboat or vessel was dismissed.

* Dalton Lee Rhodes, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $180.25. He was ordered to pay a $205.08 Civil Penalty to the Vienna Wal-Mart store.

* Joetta Fay Moyers, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $170.25 and sentenced to four days in jail which was suspended and Moyers was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Kenneth Paul Bell, Walker, pleaded guilty to possession of Meth, fined $170.25 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and Bell was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of possession of Alprazolam and speeding were dismissed.

* Shawn Michael Miller, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in an impaired state, fined $355.25 and sentenced to seven hours in jail which was credited as time served.

* Sierra Nichole Roberts, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order, fined $445.25 and sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

* Joseph William Dennis, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Lindsay Nichole Dye, Rockport, pleaded guilty to having no operators license, second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. A charge of accidents involving damage to vehicle was dismissed.

* David Alan Lynch, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on six counts of fraudulent use of an access device. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled July 27 in Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Derek Allen Flinn, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25.

* Caleb Michael Smith, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a traffic signal violation and fined $180.25.

* Dennis James Hicks, Rockport, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $175.25.

* Spencer L. Sword, Cottageville, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25. Charges of having no insurance, having expired registration and driving on a suspended license were dismissed.

* Cameron M. Robinson, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $545.50.

* Jarrot M. Price, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having expired MVI and released on $100 bond.

* Tannikah Renae Kemp, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect creating risk of injury and released on $1,000 bond.

* Rachael Nicole Wilson, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on $5,000 bond.

* Corey Steven Roberts, Louisville, Ky.,was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, assault of a corrections officer and three counts of battery of a police officer. He was released on $5,500 bond.

* Brooklyn Allison Copple, St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on $1,500 bond.

* Thomas Gale Little Jr., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on $1,500 bond.

* Dale Ann Yoho, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and Yoho was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Yoho had a charge of burglary dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Travis Lee Richards, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense domestic battery, fined $180.25 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and Richards was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of destruction of property and brandishing a deadly weapon were dismissed.

* Kimberly Ann Moneypenny, Waverly, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25.

* Steven Wayne Chancey, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, receiving/transfering stolen property and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was released on $3,000 bond.
