Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled June 29 in Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Gary D. Jones Jr., St. Marys, pleaded no contest to a seatbelt violation and fined $25.

* Kevin Shawn Bailey, Vienna, pleaded guilty to overloading a boat/over capacity and fined $195.25.

* Alvis B. Dean Jr., Culloden, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $175.25. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection sticker was dismissed.

* Devon M. Garlow, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $370.25.

* Justin Michael Dalrymple, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, (two counts) presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony and two counts of manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver a schedule I or II Narcotic. The case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Christy Ann Swiger-Rowe, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of three counts of fraud and related activity in connection with access devices.

* Timothy Allen Alkire, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to third-offense violating a protective order, fined $670.25, and sentenced to six-months in jail with 13 days credit for time served. He also pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $170.25 and sentenced to six months in jail. He was arraigned on two counts of violating a protective order and held on $3,000 bond.

* Price Whitman Jermigan, Jacksonville, Ark., pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic battery and fined $280.25. A charge of falsely reporting an emergency was dismissed.

* Charles Edward Collins, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of trespassing, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of one day for time served. A charge of trespassing in placarded structures was dismissed.

* Joel Adam Gibbs, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to two counts of violating a protective order, fined $840.50 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and Gibbs was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Another three charges of violating a protective order were dismissed.

* Billy Weldon Wallace, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and held on $2,500 bond.

* Bobbie Jo Ross, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.

* Allen Lee Deem, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 17 days credit for time served. He also pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He also pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of 17 days credit for time served. A charge of failure to appear was dismissed.

* Audriouna Leigh Gaudio, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and obstruction and fined $600.50. Gaudio was sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Gaudio had two charges of violating a protective order, one count of disorderly conduct and obstruction dismissed.
