Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 21:

* Joshua M. Miller, 36, 3068 Bull Run Road, Waverly, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and is being held at North Central Regional Jail.

* Travis Lloyd Cunningham, 37, 527 13 1/2 St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. He pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days with credit for 14 days served. Charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed and he was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* James Douglas Key, 44, 1415 Covert St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of failure to register.

* Amanda Faith Kilkenny, 39, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a forgery charge.

* Jaron Wade Varner, 21, 4707 9th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, suspended for 6 months of probation and was ordered to seek treatment at the Parkersburg Counseling and Wellness Center. An underage consumption charge was dismissed and he was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Probable cause was found for Kenny Alan Lumeyer, 49, 147 Cooper Ridge Road, Williamstown, for a burglary charge and he had a preliminary hearing waived for a violation of a protective order charge.

* Michael Lee Hill, 46, 2042 Sams Creek Road, Mineral Wells, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Christina Jean Price, 55, 3604 East 7th St. Room 102, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to jail for 10 days. She was ordered to pay a $191.10 civil penalty to Walmart and was assessed $295.25 in court costs and fines.

* Montgomery L. McCants-Goodson, 34, 179 Federal St., Warren, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver.

* Charges of fraudulent or related activity with an access device and five counts of attempt to commit a felony were dismissed for Izaak Noah Morris, 24, c/o Huttonsville Correctional Center, P.O. Box 1, Huttonsville; the victim and arresting officer did not appear.

* Billy Roy Vickers, 46, 413 East 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and attempt to commit an offense. For the petit larceny charge, he was sentenced to jail for 1 year, suspended for 1 year of probation. For the attempt to commit an offense charge, he was sentenced to jail for 6 months, suspended for 1 year of probation and was ordered to attend 6 months of inpatient treatment. Charges of obstructing an officer and destruction of property were dismissed and he was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Karissa N. Harris, 30, 114 Oak Grove Lane, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of selling alcohol to people under the age of 21 and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Misty Lee Wells, 44, 1015 8th St. Apt. G1, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and obstruction and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew Grant White, 38, 3002 9th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of assault and destruction of property and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Michael Miller, 39, 394 Garrison Lane, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, no registration, improper equipment, no seatbelt, no inspection and no insurance and is being held on $2,500 surety bond.

* Michael Janes Matheny Jr., 35, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of domestic battery and is being held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Hoy Dale McCormick, 61, 603 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and an improper signal and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Probable cause was found for Scott Michael Gough, 33, 320 Island View Drive, Parkersburg for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
