Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate released the following reports Jan. 12:

* Donzal Ray Boyles, 42, 2515 Lenore St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Zachary Scott Miller, 31, 559 6th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Katelyn E. Howell, 18, 926 Maple Lane, Sistersville, pleaded no contest to speeding and not having a motorcycle license and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Trisha Nicole Chute, 28, 511 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of obstructing an officer and one count of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to jail for 11 days, served. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and one count of disorderly conduct were dismissed and she was assessed $570.75 in court costs and fines.

* A burglary charge was dismissed for Glen Paul Siegrist, 33, 1306 15th St., Parkersburg; the victim failed to appear.

* Bradley Steven Wright, 37, 1705 Harris Highway Apt. 1, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a driving with a revoked license charge.

* A strangulation charge was dismissed for Calvin Ray Westfall, 56, 602 33rd St., Parkersburg; the victim did not appear.

* Derek Robert Chrisman, 34, 3015 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to 90 days of probation, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dakota Leigh Hiley, 28, c/o 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and driving with a suspended license. Hiley was ordered to pay a $63 civil penalty to Walmart and charges of improper registration and no insurance were dismissed. Hiley was assessed $550.50 in court costs and fines.

* A charge of fraudulent or related activity with a connection device was dismissed for Adam Leroy Knopp, 27, 3604 Willard St., Parkersburg.

* Miranda Jo Foland, 30, 811 6th St., St. Marys, was arraigned on a child neglect charge and was released on a $50,000 bond.

* Ronnie Ray Hodge, 47, 1009 Florence St., Belpre was arraigned on a driving with a suspended license charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Richard Wayne Sams, 62, 510 Roselynn Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Anthony Scott Flanagan, 52, 1711 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Horry County, S.C., and was being held at North Central Regional Jail. He was also arraigned on an obstruction charge.

* Kelsey Renee McConnell, 27, 500 13th St. Apt. 103, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Elizabeth Ann Loscar, 39, 1024 24th S.t, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery of a healthcare worker, disorderly conduct, obstruction and public intoxication and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 13:

* Tom Jefferson Owens, 44, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for two years of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Glendon James Withrow, 30, 1813 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines. Charges of battery, disorderly conduct and public intoxication were dismissed.

* Justin Perry Knopp, 31, 603 41st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kyle S. Buckley, 29, 220 Cokley Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* A burglary charge was dismissed for Jadein Alli Howard, 22, 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 1G, Parkersburg; the victim did not appear.

* Anthony Lee Givens, 33, 1016 15th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge.

* Brandon Monroe Brown, 36, 1300 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 7 days served. He was ordered to seek treatment through Westbrook and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Lori Fay Fluharty, 45, 1904 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tabatha Ann McFee, 28, 25 Kathys Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of an expired registration and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Audra Nichole Scantland, 38, 1003 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on there counts of failure to register and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Russell Craig Satow, 32, 487 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an assault charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Mitchell Lee Polan, 33, 634 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of counterfeit money with the intent to utter and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Kenny Alan Lumeyer, 49, 147 Cooper Ridge Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and is being held on a $12,000 surety bond.

* Ryan James McLean, 36, 738 2nd St. West, Ceredo, pleaded no contest to public intoxication and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Randy Showalter, 48, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and domestic battery and was released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Charles A. Mowery Jr., 55, 1305 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on an aggravated driving under the influence charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.
