PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 7:

* James Raheim Davis, 18, 2127 11th St., Akron, had a preliminary hearing waived for a conspiracy charge.

* Henry Theodore Allen Sr., 65, 2221 17th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving death or personal injuries.

* Charges of no insurance and an expired driver’s license were dismissed for Lela A. Proudfoot, 40, 465 Medina Road, Sandyville.

* Two counts of possession of a controlled substance and child neglect charges were dismissed for Courtney Elise Cain, 28, 1815 Spring St., Parkersburg.

* Charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer were dismissed for Tiffany Diana McCune-Wheaton, 29, 1311 Highland Ave., Parkersburg.

* A violation of a protective order charge was dismissed for Ronald Alan Newman, 81, 108 Hangman Hill, North Stonington, CT.

* Charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed for Jamey Joe Friend, 44, 2005 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg.

* Charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed for Donald James Covey, 47, homeless.

* Charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance were dismissed for Jason Gordon Wiseman, 41, 155 Leachtown Lane, Walker.

* A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed for Haylee Marie Erb, 32, 567 Coal Run Drive Apt. A, Coal Run. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* An embezzlement charge was dismissed for Travis Allen Lester, 35, 225 Old Route 33, Shade.

* A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed for Austin Christopher Smith, 26, 2402 Clement Ave., Apt. A, Parkersburg. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Austin J. Murphy, 26, 215 11th St. Apt. 5A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to hunting or fishing without a license and was assessed $360.40 in court costs and fines. A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed.

* Dominica Christine Lupia, 20, 1915 Rockwood Road, Cleveland, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

* A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed for Samuel Christopher Burns, 21, 1915 Rockwood Road, Cleveland.

* A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed for Oakley Mason Cheuvront, 28, 2615 21st Ave. Apt. 8, Parkersburg.

* A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed for Neil O’Waddell, 23, 368 Kittle St., Williamstown.

* Charges of obstructing an officer and trespassing were dismissed for Edward Alan Lott, 57, 3692 School House Road, Little Hocking.

* Brandon Jay’quan Hamilton, 25, 5320 Puffin Nest Way, Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Mary Katherine Simonton, 36, 707 45th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 4 hours. She was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines.

* Desirae Arline Dawson, 41, 1009 George St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $157.38 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* A possession of methamphetamine charge was dismissed for James Franklin Sams, 38, c/o Kings Row Court #8, Parkersburg.

* A domestic battery charge was dismissed for Adam Tyler Winebrenner, 35, 46080 State Route 681,Coolville; the victim does not wish to pursue.

* Brian Dale Gorsuch, 45, 2805 Birch St., Lot 26, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 3 days served. Charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and domestic battery were dismissed.

* A charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods was dismissed for James Nemo Croston, 44, 300 Buckeye Ridge, Chesterville; the victim did not appear.

* Akeyna Yvonne Piggott, 37, 1616 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

* Gary Wayne Paris Jr., 49, 511 Olive St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines. Charges of improper registration and no inspection were dismissed.

* Tristin Lee Jones, 24, 1401 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Dollar General. A charge of driving under the influence charge was dismissed and they were assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* Domestic battery and destruction of property charges were dismissed for Danny Gene Row II, 29, 1313 Ramsey St., Parkersburg; the victims and arresting officer failed to appear.

* A harassment charge was dismissed for Aaron Lee Davis, 33, 1703 South Hills Drive; the victim and arresting officer failed to appear.

* A petit larceny charge was dismissed for Shawn Davis Lent, 47, 214 Pennsylvania Ave. Apt. 12, Marietta due to the age of the warrant.

* Billy Jake Russell Burnside, 34, 1961 Sugarcamp Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for one day served. A driving with a revoked license charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Travis Lloyd Cunningham, 37, 527 13 1/2 St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a revoked license, driving with a suspended license and receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle is being held on a $17,500 surety bond.

* Iramene Lois, 36, 5118 Brisco Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and is being held on a $2,500 surety bond.

* James Patrick Tibbs, 59, 1611 Beaver St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $300 personal recognizance bond.

* Jasmine Sue Rollyson, 22, 710 Pine Circle, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Ashley J. Rollyson, 36, 1108 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $250 surety bond.

* Kristen A. Shelton, 31, c/o 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $250 surety bond.

* Steven L. Knicely, 35, 1017 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and is being held on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles E. Collins, 38, 1328 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon M. Brown, 36, 1300 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and is being held on a $200 surety bond.

* Michael K. Allman, 38, c/o 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $200 surety bond.

* Timothy J. Lindow, 49, 7851 Middle Island Road, Alma, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ryan Holmes Ewing, 31, 505 Lew Sullivan Way, Alma, was arraigned on a burglary charge and is being held on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Angela Kay Thomas, 55, homeless, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sarah Ashley Wilson, 25, 1205 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Charles Clinton Hess, 20, 1882 Buckner Bend Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and driving under the influence under 21 years of age and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
