Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 24:

* Victor Joseph Hickman, 48, 33 Valley View Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to having a loaded firearm in a vehicle and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Phillip B. Jones, 45, 39194 Success Road, Reedsville, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife and no proof of hunter safety education. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

* Jacob Sterling Ross, 37, 1707 Princeton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kayla Nichole Hemingway, 31, 6250 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dakota Leight Hiley, 28, 3543 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Howard Warren Guinn II, 51, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kenny Alan Lumeyer, 49, 147 Cooper Ridge Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Leah Ann Dickel, 28, 1117 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, registration violation and no insurance and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rebecca Naylor, 29, 1808 Worthington St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a truancy charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kimberly Ann Moneypenny, 38, 1446 Bull Run Road, Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* John Millard Langmeyer, 48, 122 W. Harris Ave., San Angelo, Texas, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge out of Tom Green County Texas, and was being held without bond at North Central Regional Jail.

* Mario Anthony Puma, 33, 4504 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge out of Washington County and was being held at North Central Regional Jail without bond.

* Scott Michael Gough, 33, 161 Huber Drive, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a strangulation charge and was bound over to circuit court.

* Charles Samual Partlow, 42, Camden, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and destruction of property. For each charge, he was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 11 days served. The sentences are to be served concurrently, and he was ordered to attend therapy at Worthington Center. Three counts of domestic assault and obstructing an officer were dismissed and he was assessed $553.20 in court costs and fines.

* Darren Allen Petty, 34, 211 Pickering St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a placarded structure and possession of a controlled substance. For the trespassing charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. For the possession charge, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 24 days served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* A shoplifting charge was dismissed for Hope Raeshawn Hutson, 22, 306 Berry St.,Apt. B, Parkersburg, as part of a plea agreement.
