PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 15:

* Mark Edward Tate, 30, 106 Colonial Square Apt. B, Belpre, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Corey Matheny, 33, 2409 Highland Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was sentenced to 20 days of home confinement. An assault charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.5 in court costs and fines.

* David Alexander Bunch, 55, 646 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 180 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to attend the Day Report Center. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* James Paul Bryan, 48, P.O. Box 176, Crum, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a placarded residence and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Two counts of receiving or transferring stolen property were dismissed for Joshua Aurther Goodwin, 29, 39 Triana Lane, Parkersburg; the alleged victim failed to appear. The state will re-file as a misdemeanor due to the value of the property.

* A charge of illegal possession of destructive devices, explosive materials or incendiary devices was dismissed for Leah Kathleen Parker, 44, 3603 Jefferson St., Parkersburg; the arresting officer failed to appear.

* Probable cause was found for Jody Minnette Shields, 52, 396 Scenic Hills, Parkersburg, on a charge of transferring prohibited items into jail or a correctional center.

* Probable cause was found for Richard Ershal Marks, 47, 2619 Neal St., Parkersburg, on a malicious assault charge.

* Eric Mark Goff, 69, 1507 Cale St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of solicitation to commit a felony, malicious wounding.

* Austina Shae McCartney, 27, 59 Hill Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of grand larceny and joyriding and was sentenced to jail for six months, concurrent with another sentence. A grand larceny charge was dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Andrea E. Holbert, 41, address unknown, is a fugitive from justice out of Jefferson County, Ky., and is being held at North Central Regional Jail.

* Brianna D. Will, 25, 2506 39th St., Parkersburg, is a fugitive from justice out of Galia County, Ohio, and is being held at North Central Regional Jail.

* Paula J. Walker, 34, 812 Moore Ave., Belpre, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and is being held at North Central Regional Jail. She was also arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Davon Malik Grant, 26, 1553 Orson Drive, Columbus, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon Jayquan Hamilton, 25, 5320 Puffin Nest Way, Columbus, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* David Jason Harris, 48, 2394 State Route 220, Piketon, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Andrea Elizabeth Holbert, 41, 3103 9th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and obstructing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashley Lynn Eddy-Ohse, 38, 413 East 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, failure to process, public intoxication and obstruction and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Trisha Nicole Chute, 28, 511 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon Monroe Brown, 36, 1300 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded building and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mark Johnson, 53, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of domestic battery and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tyler James Drain, 19, 1027 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a truancy charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Omar Maldonado Machuca, 31, 1954 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of an aggravated DUI and obstruction and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ronald Clifford Hopkins Jr., 45, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic assault charge and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Caden Ray O’Donell, 19, 147 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, expired registration, no insurance, driving without a license and underage consumption and was released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Charles Kirk, 64, 978 Forrest Hills Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, not using a turn signal, an expired registration and no insurance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ryan Douglas Flinn, 24, 1943 Middle Fork Lee Creek Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of an expired inspection and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jamie L. Hornbeck, 48, 800 7th St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances by others and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jacob Freeman Byers III, 55, 105 Delta Place Road, Davis, was arraigned on a charge of driving without a license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* John Herald, 56, 98 Rubes Hollow Road, Cedar Grove, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

* John Coy King, 35, 801 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny and bond was set at $20,000 surety.

* David R. Caropoli, 60, 417 East Grand Ave., Springfield, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jason Lee Allman, 35, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, failure to fingerprint, obstruction, disorderly conduct and assault of a police officer and bond was set at $5,000 cash.

* Brittany Kay Barker, 28, 1709 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Joshua Amos Gibson, 38, 1130 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Davon Malik Grant, 26, 1553 Orson Drive, Columbus, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Angel Marie Greenwood, 40, 501 Kanawha St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Elizabeth Antonette Frederick, 28, 1808 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of animal cruelty and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* William Lee Hutson Jr., 50, 1002 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a gross child neglect charge.

* David Jason Rickard, 44, 8978 Lower Knobley Road, New Creek, had a preliminary hearing waived for a fleeing from an officer charge.

* Michael Paul Surface, 46, 7461 Pike St. Lot 3, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge.

* Michael Dewayne Hall, 28, Vienna, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Amber Nicoel Mackey, 38, 2600 27th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rhonda Sue Cottrill, 39, 260 Edison Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of marijuana charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Oliver Robinson III, 21, 131 Greentree Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of marijuana charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Chane Aaron Woodward, 29, 960 Grand Ave. Apt. 212, Cincinnati, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and failure to maintain control and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeff Wayne Davis, 47, 802 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Larry Eugene Swiger, 40, East 46 Cabana Way, Elizabeth, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jeffrey Wayne Davis, 47, 1201 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving with a revoked license and public intoxication. For each driving revoked charge, he was sentenced to 90 days of home confinement, to be served concurrently. Two counts of driving with a revoked license, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed and he was assessed $445.50 in court costs and fines.

* Kaelah Joy Sterling, 25, 1311-812 Renaissance Circle, Charleston, pleaded guilty to bringing stolen property into the state and two counts of shoplifting. She was ordered to pay a $182.36 civil penalty to Walmart and a $795.20 civil penalty to American Eagle. A charge of receiving/transferring stolen goods was dismissed and she was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Amanda Kay Beaver, 35, 7641 Pike St. Lot 15, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to two counts of child neglect by parent and for each count, she was sentenced to 45 days of home confinement, to be served consecutively. Four counts of child neglect by parent were dismissed and she was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* A violation of a protective order charge was dismissed for William Joshua Twilly, 41, 824 Grafton St., Parkersburg; the alleged victim failed to appear.

* Cassandra Kay Carptner, 32, 1027 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 120 days, suspended for one year of probation. Two counts of disorderly conduct were dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kathryn Dallas Hornbeck, 20, 26 Kathys Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving without a license and shoplifting. She was ordered to pay a $381.78 civil penalty to Walmart and charges of fraudulent inspection and driving left of center were dismissed. She was assessed $370.50 in court costs and fines.

* Kody James Feist, 27, 501 Victoria Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. Charges of one count of driving with a suspended license, driving left of center, two counts of assault, violation of a protective order and speeding were dismissed and he was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.
