PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 16:

* Crystal Nichole Ventimigilia, 47 Elm St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of no insurance was dismissed.

* Cherish Lynn Sams, 21, 1019 Williams St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $381.78 civil penalty to Walmart. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed and she was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Katrina Elizabeth Miragliotta, 48, 811 Charles St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Glendon James Withrow, 30, 1813 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and no insurance was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement. Charges of defective equipment and no registration were dismissed and he was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

* Brandon Thomas Carpenter, 22, 514 Victoria Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, no insurance and improper registration and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Devan Joseph West, 43, 3050 Fairview Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Glen Paul Siegrist, 33, 2630 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, shoplifting and assault and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Vance Edward Cross, 64, 13450 Brill Road, Steward, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jasmine Lorraine Boyles, 24, 2248 Wells Lock Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Lee Duncan, 43, 1604 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dustin Lee Brooks, 35, 1776 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Denver Lee Rhodes, 72, 7145 State Route 144, Coolville, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Randy Scott Barr, 54, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Shelley Beth Akita, 41, 2307 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles R. Mackey Jr., 39, 11 Shephard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jacob Wilson Givens, 22, 1712 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of fraudulent use of credit cards and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Oscar Eduardo Morales Chacon, 44, 99 Main St. Apt. 5L, Hanson, N.Y., was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and bond was set at $10,000 surety.

* Alante Raphael Robinson, 32, 2406 Vaughn Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Khaled Alhawawsheh, 53, 133 Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* John Michael Sadler Jr., 32, 2601 Lincoln Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a fleeing from an officer charge.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 17:

* William Conley Eads II, 41, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Walter Kelly Rowe, 47, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to running a stop sign and driving with a suspended license and was assessed $445.50 in court costs and fines.

* Darrell Edward Headrick, 45, 50 N Dry Run Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and no registration and was assessed $365.50 in court costs and fines.

* Ashley May Kreimes, 35, 51 Wooster St., Norwalk, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kassandra J. Ingram, 29, 1015 Eighth St. Apt. C4, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashley Diane Wilson, 33, 1015 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tyler Heath Dale, 28, 3 Truett St. Apt. 3, Poca, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dominique Paul Irizarry, 44, 437 Mill Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and destruction of property and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Redverse Christian Johnson, 34, 9321 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to seek treatment with St. Joseph Recovery Center. An indecent exposure charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Lewis Ryan Meeks, 30, 1506 VanFossen Road, Petroleum, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

* Carl Ian Sartor, 41, 1704 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to jail for 45 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to seek anger management treatment. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Karen L. Pierce, 39, 1 Camden Place, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Connie Trevino Riddle, 40, 2621 Vaughn Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage and was assessed $570.25 in court costs and fines. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Charges of accidents involving damage and no insurance were dismissed for Chad A. Fox, 43, 94 Willow Drive, Elizabeth.
