Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 12:

* Dennis Raymond Doebereiner, 57, 72 Holly Drive, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of driving impaired and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Clifford Goans Batten, 36, 609 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny and breaking and entering and bond was set at $50,000 surety.

* Zachary J. Cheuvront, 29, 69 North Elm St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Joshua Daniel Parker, 34, 1918 Atkinson Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license, expired registration and no insurance and was released on a $700 bond.

* Diane Stevens, 29, 1119 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a child neglect charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Natasha Dawn Smith, 34, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to jail for one day, served. She was assessed $170.25 in court cost and fines.

* Colton Reid Davis, 33, c/o 1300 McCulloch St., Wheeling, had a preliminary hearing waived for a grand larceny charge.

* Jesse James Hickel, 39, 7641 Pike St., Lot 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to making or issuing worthless checks and was assessed $238.84 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Allen Reynolds, 34, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $199.16 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Guy Daniel Farvour, 36, Mineral, Va., pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 180 days, suspended for 18 months of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jackie Lee Whicker III, 26, 3710 10th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to providing a structure for the use of controlled substance by others and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for 12 months of probation and 40 hours of community service. A charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver was dismissed and they were assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Daniel Lee Frame, 39, 423 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for six months with credit for 12 days served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Bryant Anthony Harris, 50, 4419 Washington Ave. Southeast, Apt. B, Charleston, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michaela Renae Johnson, 32, 3 Stella Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of an expired registration was dismissed.
