Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 5:

* Patience Necole Swiger, 24, 601 Stephenson Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a conspiracy charge.

* Jimmy Jack Vandal, 33, 5076 Leading Creek Road, Brohard, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and unlawful taking of a vehicle and was sentenced to jail for six months per charge, to be served consecutively. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and grand larceny were dismissed and he was assessed $2,123.22 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Thomas Runyon, 32, 1505 Covert St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days of home confinement and 90 days of attending the Day Report Center. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brandon Lee McCartney, 26, 1928 St. Johns Road, Colliers, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $81 civil penalty to Walmart. A trespassing charge was dismissed and he was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Keiko Kobayashi Perkins, 54, 1538 Stillwell Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to obstruction and two counts of shoplifting. For each shoplifting charge, they were sentenced to 25 days of home confinement, served, and for the obstruction charge, they were sentenced to 25 days of home confinement, served. Two counts of shoplifting were dismissed and they were assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Mary Lou Richards, 63, 1600 Knotts Ave. Apt. 7, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to making or issuing worthless checks. One count of a worthless check was dismissed and she was assessed $311.11 in court costs and fines.

* Joshua David Stanley, 28, 708 Neal St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no hunting license and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Keith Kelley, 39, 707 45th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Travis Shane Dotson, 50, 605 McKenna Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure. A littering charge was dismissed and he was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Marissa Jo-Leigh Brandjes, 32, 613 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $154.64 civil penalty to Walmart. A mandatory disposal charge was dismissed and she was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Clifton Lane Phillips, 39, 18 Whited Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and improper registration. A driving with a revoked license charge was dismissed and he was assessed $450.50 in court costs and fines.

* Kara Jeannette Procacina, 41, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Daniel Constable, 37, 3608 Plum St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sandra Ruthann Green, 37, 135 Whispering Pines Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on five counts of fraudulent use of an access device and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Scott Michael Gough, 33, 320 Islandview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and was released on a $100,000 surety bond.
