Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 4:

* Ammon W. Hershberger, 23, 8383 Kidron Road, Apple Creek, pleaded no contest to required attire for deer hunters and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christine Louise Wilkening, 22, 371 Blenn Lake Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Willie I. Hershberger, 65, 8383 Kidron Road, Apple Creek, pleaded no contest to required attire for deer hunters and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Vernon W. Hersh, 65, 634 S. Kohler Road, Orrville, pleaded no contest to required attire for deer hunters and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Gerald Ray Cline II, 31, 1010 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer, fleeing from an officer and shoplifting. For the fleeing charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days and he was ordered to pay a $97.80 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $570.75 in court costs and fines.

* Gary Lee Mallendick II, 35, 3373 Palmer Ridge Road, Proctor, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $245.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jennifer Nicole Wolfe, 29, 1337 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to seek treatment with Westbrook. She was assessed $443.10 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Jay Campbell, 44, 10 Catawba Lane, Waverly, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. Charges of disorderly conduct and reporting a false emergency were dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeremy Randall Adkins, 46, 1716 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Devin James Clark, 30, 817 Masonic Park Road Lot 7, Marietta, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to continue with Worthington. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Thomas William Welch, 52, 706 26th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines. One count of trespassing was dismissed.

* Ryan Glenwood Amos, 41, 41 Auburn Road, Pullman, had a preliminary hearing waived for a shoplifting charge.

* Mason Riley Moyer, 24, P.O. Box 2204, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a burglary charge.

* Paul Edward Bostic, 43, 965 Atkinson Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to jail for one year, suspended for two years of probation. A grand larceny charge was dismissed and he was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dalton Wesley George, 25, 252 Old U.S. Route 50, Walker, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for one year, suspended for two years of probation. One count of destruction of property was dismissed and he was assessed $4,870.25 in court costs and fines.

* Alonna Michelle Farley, 43, 2211 4th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing the railroad and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rex Franklin Hutson, 48, 1319 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of driving with a suspended license and defective equipment and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Thomas Edward Carpenter, 49, 2704 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Darrion Isaac Cale, 20, 212 Fleak Lane, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of underage consumption and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brian Dwayne Chaffin, 52, 149 East Washington St., Ellenboro, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Judith Dawn Hernandez, 49, 3106 Custer St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Chad Everett Flores, 50, 1410 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license, fleeing in a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.
