Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 3:

* Christine Noel Myers, 41, 563 6th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

* Patrick Morgan Trembly, 51, 2609 Broad St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an expired registration and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* A guilty verdict was found via bench trial for Hilaree Beth Schaffer, 36, 2021 Henry Camp Road, St. Marys, on 20 counts of animal cruelty. She was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for a total of five years of probation and is not to have animal for five years. She was also ordered to complete a total of 80 hours of community service and was assessed $3,405 in court costs and fines.

* A charge of shoplifting was dismissed for Tiffany Ann Wilkes, 35, 1811 20th St., Parkersburg; there was not enough evidence to charge.

* Ishmeil Urian Ward, 26, 1049 24th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* David Jeffery Caplinger, 56, 1410 32nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order and was assessed $420.25 in court costs and fines.

* William Matthew Oldaker, 48, 803 Hugh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation. A charge of shooting a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Sherry Ann Bonson, 55, 60 Arbor Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no inspection. A charge of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle was dismissed and she was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Pamela Sue Smith, 39, 611 1/2 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* William Nelson Dunham, 51, 831 Fairview Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of a prohibited person with a firearm, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and obstruction and was released on a $3,500 surety bond.

* Destiny Dawn Jones, 27, 1014 1/2 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of driving with a suspended license and two counts of insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tracy Lynn Florence, 34, 157 Dickens Drive Apt. 7, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Donald Paul Anderson, 34, 706 Gooseneck Run Road, Walker, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Colton Reid Davis, 32, 958 McCullouch St., Wheeling, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
