Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 7:

* Michael Von Richards, 44, 1361 McGill Road, Vincent, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance. For the reckless driving charge, he was sentenced to jail for 45 days and for the possession charge, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, to be served concurrently. Charges of no insurance, driving with a revoked license, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of reckless driving were dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jennifer Renee Conant, 38, 407 Neal St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $144.04 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Probable cause was found for Jacob Levi Shields, 29, Sandyville, on charges of strangulation, kidnapping and wanton endangerment.

* Philip Wayne Daley, 46, 1301 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* A charge of attempting to commit breaking and entering was dismissed for Jason Lee Caplinger, 36, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg.

* Glendon James Withrow, 30, 1813 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery, obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and public intoxication and bond was set at $2,500 surety.

* Phillip Justin Hall, 42, 2007 Willard Road, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of harassment by repeated threats and harassment by computer and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jackie Lee Whicker III, 26, 3710 10th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, marijuana, and was released on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Christopher Lee Snyder, 44, 3017 City View Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael A. Laurnoff, 57, 1023 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of false pretenses and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Era Dawn Corder, 46, 326 U.S. Route 80, Golbert, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was assessed $640.50 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 8:

* A charge of driving with a revoked license was dismissed for Brian Dean Caseman, 60, 56 Bethel Woods Drive, Waverly.

* Ashely Beth Cain, 34, 1305 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Scott Radcliff, 45, 400 Park Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of breathing or inhaling an intoxicating compound and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Steven Mayne Rush, 34, Vienna, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Adam Lee Sams, 39, 1904 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and fleeing on foot and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Daryl Alan Mowery, 39, homeless, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and fleeing on foot and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Jay Greenlief, 23, 20 Kings Row Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and bond was set at $500 cash.

* Charles Glen Hutson, 44, homeless, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and fleeing on foot and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashley Marie Wynn, 31, homeless, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and fleeing on foot and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gene Chandler, 60, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and domestic battery and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Amber Marie McClary, 25, 1105 18th St. Apt. C, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Isaac Christopher Gribble, age unknown, 3485 New England Ridge Road, Washington, pleaded no contest to driving too fast for roadway conditions; he pled and paid court costs and fines over the phone.
