PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 6:

* Juan Bogran Contreras, 52, 711 North Lanes Apt. C5, Bayonne, N.J., pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance. He paid court costs and fines over the phone.

* Gabriel Lesley Landis, 37, 1702 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond. A charge of driving with a revoked license was dismissed.

* A charge of solicitation of another to commit a felony was dismissed against Jason Lee Caplinger, 36, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg.

* A charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle was dismissed against Nichole Danielle Kelley, 29, 1132 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg.

* Christine Jill Jones, 47, 400 Ann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing and shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $867.38 civil penalty to Walmart and Family Dollar. One count of shoplifting was dismissed and she was assessed $400.50 in court costs and fines. She also was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Thomas Bryan Moore, 31, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeffrey Michael Lemay, 37, 2558 Loomis Ridge Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to accident involving damage to a vehicle and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of the immediate report of accidents was dismissed.

* Herald James Bird, 49, 646 Liberty St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault of a government employee or medical personnel and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. Charges of disorderly conduct and assault were dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kenneth Ray Sasser, 36, 1205 Poplar St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

* Kylee Cheyann Flinn, 20, 4385 Flint Run Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $501.42 in court costs and fines.

* Debbie Kay Dotson, 56, 2614 Hugh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of battery on a government employee or medical personnel was dismissed.

* Michelle Lynn Satterfield, 36, 2910 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and petit larceny and was ordered to pay a $221.36 civil penalty to Walmart. She was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brianna Marie Bland, 26, 1997 Old River Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kyle Blaine Echard, 33, 1411 24th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric Shane Vest, 41, homeless, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and public intoxication and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Joseph Oliver Beaumier, 20, 3714 Bull Run Road, Waverly, was arraigned on an escape charge and bond was set at $1,500. When bail is posted, he is only to be released to home confinement.

* Charles Purcell Bonesteel III, 27, 1002 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon Kyle Smith, 26, 2140 16th St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of contributing to disorderly conduct and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Clayton Tanner, 37, 2604 Pike St. Apt. 15, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Calvin Edward Spears, 41, 1441 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstruction and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Amy Marie Robinson, 38, 225 Central Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and no operators and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Chana L. Astorg, 32, 1336 Summit Road, Vienna, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kyle Toben Hall, 19, 1402 Seventh St., Vienna, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Charles F. Hardin, 52, 1203 16th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of battery and violation of a protective order and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
