PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 1:

* Maggie Jeannette Barnhart, 38, 1008 30th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Eric Guy Nelson, 46, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to jail for 41 days, served, and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* James Michael David Herrington, 30, 2523 Lenore St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* A charge of possession of fentanyl was dismissed for Christopher Mark Jouver, 42, 1417 Covert St., Parkersburg.

* Mario Anthony Puma, 32, 4504 Packard St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage to a vehicle and driving under the influence. For each charge, he was sentenced to jail for 14 days, served. A charge of failure to maintain control was dismissed and he was assessed $6,203.52 in court costs and fines.

* Elizabeth Ann Hanes, 41, 1103 18th St. Apt. A2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 48 hours with credit for eight hours served. A charge of accidents involving damage to a vehicle was dismissed and she was assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* A grand larceny charge was dismissed for Leonard W. McGowan, 53, 8006 Old Plumville Pike, Marysville, Ky.; he was indicted in circuit court.

* Shadow Steven Rakes, 32, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference and bond was set at $5,000 surety.

* Michelle Shawna Henrt, 26, 1102 Broadway Ave. Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $15,000 surety.

* Kody J. Feist, 27, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault, domestic battery, violation of a protective order, speeding and driving with a suspended license and bond was set at $5,000.

* Chapman Lee Rake, 33, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and battery and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Edith Forshey, 61, 4816 Second Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of brandishing a deadly weapon and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* James Justin Pratt, 42, 618 Eastlawn Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Henry Edward Whitt, 54, 412 Main St., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and interference with an officer and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Markita Carmalee Garnes, 34, 34 Robin Lane, Ripley, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license. Garnes pled and paid court costs and fines via phone.

* Erica Lynn Bailey, 42, 801 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 4:

* Amanda L. Sharpe, 33, 72 Pleasant View Drive, Elizabeth, pleaded no contest to driving without a license and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines. A no inspection charge was dismissed.

* Comelio R. Rodriguez, 34, 932 Lancaster St., Marietta, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and failure to provide a driver’s license. They were assessed $450.50 in court costs and fines.

* Kati R. Kiser, 22, Ridgeway Ave., Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to charges of no inspection and no insurance and was assessed $454.50 in court costs and fines.

* Elijah Christopher Nelson, 20, 2606 Lincoln Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and interference with officers (providing false information). For each charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days with credit for 11 days served. One count of giving false information was dismissed and he was assessed $673.66 in court costs and fines.

* Travis Lee Richards, 27, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of brandishing a deadly weapon, domestic battery and destruction of property and was released on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Sharon Kay Banks, 41, 63 Old Ashby Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Lacinda D. McClung, 42, 3814 Calf Creek Road, St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Mackenzie Ryan Creel, 20, 824 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a disorderly conduct charge and was released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Deanna Marie Lott, 41, 411 Tanner Lane, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles Edward Collins, 37, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Zachary David Cain, 44, 572 South Schultz Road, Washington, was arraigned on a driving under the influence charge and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Quint Diego Toussaint, 56, 818 1/2 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a disorderly conduct charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Davis Travis, 23, 603 Hill St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, impeding traffic, no driver’s license, no insurance, improper registration and defective equipment and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Ruth Lewis, 44, 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Matthew Saunders, 32, 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded structure and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Valerie Saunders, 54, 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded structure and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Samantha Crouch, 25, 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded structure and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Eric Raber Wade, 59, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstruction charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashley Dawn Holland, 37, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing in a placarded structure, failure to render information and disorderly conduct and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Harold William McGraw, 51, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jessica Mae Massey, 34, 121 Huffman St., Beckley, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, obstruction and disorderly conduct and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Cory A. Fout, 28, 963 Meadsville Road, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of improper registration and an expired inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael A. Lightfritz, 41, 750 Quincy St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving left of center, defective equipment, driving with a revoked license, driving with a suspended license and improper registration and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robin Lee Roberts, 52, 10988 Smithville Road, Harrisville, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Diane Elizabeth Hutson, 38, 1319 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of driving with a suspended license and a stop sign violation and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Travis Shahan, 36, 617 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and obstruction and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Misty Dawn Hastings, 44, 35 Washington Garden Court, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license for driving under the influence and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Randy Dean Reeves, 62, 4806 Crestview Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence and bond was set at $500 surety.

* Mark Alen Cunningham, 47, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded structure and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* John Nicholas Harshbarger, 44, 576 East Eighth St., Williamstown, pleaded no contest to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Carl Ian Sartor, 41, 1704 Avery St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a conspiracy charge.

* Joshua Allen Eggleston, 29, 1683 Staats Mill Road, Ripley pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines. A conspiracy charge was dismissed.

* Kerrie Leigh Bearse, 22, 3308 3rd Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $228.90 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brian Ezakial Hupp, 34, 4005 Sayre Ave. Trailer 2, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of grand larceny and burglary and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Johnathon Eugene Farnsworth, 35, 1716 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua A. Goodwin, 29, 39 Triana Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no motorcycle endorsement and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Russell Donahue, 63, 2604 27th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on five counts of violation of a protective order and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Austin Michael Watkins, 24, 1802 Staunton Ave. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no driver’s license and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric Daniel Sutton, 34, 160 Oxford Road, Lexington, N.C., was arraigned on an aggravated driving under the influence charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Lindsay Nicole Dye, 34, 2105 Wolf Run, Rockport, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, two counts of driving with a suspended license and no seatbelt and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
