PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 29:

* Danielle Rae Burke, 22, 515 Davisville Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $320.25 in court costs and fines.

* Joshua David Chichester, 35, 1444 Jesterville Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license and driving under the influence and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* James Adam Leek, 42, 1503 Cale St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* John Eugene Sams, 40, 89 Comer St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle, driving with a revoked license and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Johnathan Farnsworth, 34, 1716 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, domestic assault, battery of an officer and assault of an officer and is being held on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Daniel Phillip Caserta, 74, 715 Grafton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jimmy Jack Vandal, 33, 5076 Leading Creek Road, Brohard, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $5,000 bond.

* Eric Shawn Price, 46, homeless, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for 12 months of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Samantha Hatch, 30, 2615 10th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to truancy and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines.

* Coleby David Schultz, 24, 3890 Pine Run Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

* Brandon Scott Williams, 31, 335 Royal Lee Drive, Pennsboro, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines. An improper registration charge was dismissed.

* Austin Nicholas Buchanan, 27, 1712 Seventh St. ,Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation, and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Chadwick Wayne Strickland, 30, 107 Pickering St., Lot 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to improper registration and was assessed $180.25. A failure to change address charge was dismissed.

* David Ray Vest, 41, 5300 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines. A public intoxication charge was dismissed.

* A charge of fraudulent and related activity in connection with an access device was dismissed for Thomas Lane Smith, 41, 807 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg; he was indicted in circuit court.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 30:

* Austin Eric Life, 24, 1409 40th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to beer sales to people under 21 and was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* David Michael Hickman, 33, 2202 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines. Charges of no insurance and an expired registration were dismissed.

* Jennifer Kandis Nuzum, 32, 1520 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving with a suspended license and no insurance. Charges of no inspection, one count of driving with a suspended license, no inspection and one count of no insurance were dismissed and she was assessed $550.50 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Duane Robinson, 29, 1876 S. Pleasant Hill Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to 90 days of home confinement. He was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines and a no registration charge was dismissed.

* Robert Eugene Flinn, 35, 997 Seven Pines Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation and was ordered to attend the Day Report Center. He was assessed $741.23 in court costs and fines.

* Randall Andrew Beatty, 34, 3317 3rd Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods and was sentenced to jail for 30 days with credit for 8 days served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Paige Elizabeth Moran, 28, 1404 19th St. Apt. A, Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $230.26 civil penalty to Walmart. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Herbert Bess III, 49, c/o 413 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to jail for 90 days and one year of probation with credit with one day served. A charge of trespassing was dismissed and he was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dance Dale Grahame, 19, 432 1/2 Victoria Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 120 days and one year of probation with credit for one day served. Two counts of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed and they were assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Zakkary Roger Beckett, 25, c/o 2402 Clement Ave., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and shoplifting and was sentenced to jail for six months, to be served concurrently with a separate charge, and was credit for 13 days served. He was ordered to pay a $89.40 civil penalty to Walmart and charges of one count of petit larceny, possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin were dismissed. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christy Ann Swiger-Rowe, 43, 810 Hamilton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and shoplifting. For the battery charge, she was sentenced to jail for 30 days and for the shoplifting charge, she was also sentenced to 30 days of jail, to be served concurrently. She was ordered to pay a $1,527.80 civil penalty to Walmart and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines. Two counts of shoplifting were dismissed.

*John Edward Palmer III, 40, 220 West Circle Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving impaired and no insurance and was sentenced to jail for 72 hours with credit for 11 hours served. Charges of reckless driving, left turns on other than two-way roads and improper passing were dismissed and he was assessed $815.50 in court costs and fines.

* Elizabeth Ann Scheid, 38, 111 West Montgomery St. Lot 17, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of improper registration was dismissed.

* Codey Lee Cotrell, 28, 1732 Left Fork Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of defective equipment, no insurance, no inspection, no driver’s license and no registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Delaney Kier Shannon, 28, 1626 Park St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rodney Keith May, 35, 1029 Barth Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and is being held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Cecelia Kathleen Schultz, 22, 809 Brentwood Drive, Belpre, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of forging and taking the identity of another person and was bound over to circuit court.

* Kelina Ray Waggoner, 27, 137 Slate Run Road, Belleville, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of forgery and conspiracy and was bound over to circuit court.

*A charge of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver was dismissed against Paula Jean Walker, 34, 1326 Myrtle St., Parkersburg; she was indicted in circuit court.

* A charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver was dismissed against Floyd Dermonte Ramsey, 41, 7319 S. Oakley Ave., Chicago, Ill., he has been federally indicted on the same charges.

* Terry T. Riel, homeless, is a fugitive from justice out of Washington County and is being held at North Central Regional Jail.
