Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 10:

* Michael Paul Watson, 30, 807 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. A no insurance charge was dismissed and he was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Robert Ray McNemar, 36, 1229 22nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

* John Robert Jackson Jr., 37, 4105 8th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of suboxtone and driving with a revoked license. For the possession charge, he was sentenced to 90 days of home confinement; for the driving revoked charge, he was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement with sentences to be served concurrently. An improper registration charge was dismissed and he was assessed $440.50 in court costs and fines.

* Taylor Ann McFann, 30, 4215 Brandberry Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to trespassing. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed and they were assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Crystal Lee Higgs, 38, 1410 32nd St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of fenatnyl charge.

* Kaitlin Nicole Pryor, 27, 509 Ward St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of conspiracy to violate and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Jason Lloyd Yaider, 45, 42 Skyline Drive, Ridgeley, is a fugitive from justice out of Allegany County Maryland and was being held without bond.

* Kimann Beth Young, 23, 1337 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery and obstruction and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* John Emmett Caplinger, 47, 1508 Boulevard Drive, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Jessica M. Bartimus, 37, 54011 Eden Ridge Road, Reedsville, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeffery Shane Hutson, 51, 1012 Avery Court Unit 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Brandon D. Thornhill, 41, 2601 Dudley Ave. Suites, Parkersburg, was arraigned on four counts of violation of a protective order and was released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Calvin Jennings Schoolcraft, 29, 695 Short Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of interference with emergency communication and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Levi William Barker, 22, 1337 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fleeing from officer charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Rodger Alan Wooten, 55, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and fleeing and eluding an officer and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Daniel Ray Hickman, 36, 1342 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines. A no registration charge was dismissed.

* Carl Robert Naylor II, 28, 276 Mitchells Lane, Washington, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended licesne and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines. Charges of driving with a suspended license and left of center were dismissed.

* Diamonte Demetrius Thompson, 21, 6250 Grand Central Ave. Lot 10, Vienna, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, obstruction and possession of a controlled substance, For the petit larceny charge, he was sentenced to jail for six months; for the obstruction and possession charge, he was sentenced to jail for three months per charge. All charges are to be served concurrently with federal charges. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and fleeing from an officer were dismissed and he was assessed $510.75 in court costs and fines.

* James David Johnson, 51, 2204 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to providing a place for the use of controlled substances by others and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Johnathon Scott Sprouse, 46, 403 Washington Blvd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to possession of methampetamine and was sentenced to jail for 150 days, suspended for one year of probation. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Meredith Stephens, 64, 98 Wood Stone Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.
